Our dog Chloe has the best time when she gets to go play! The staff is all so nice and will even send you photo updates on occasion. The webcams are nice too !

I cannot tell you how much our dogs love bunks and biscuits. We have been going there for years and many of the same staff are there. They treat our dogs like family. There really are no words to describe what a great place this is. Take your pup there yourself and you will be so glad you did.

I’ve been taking my pup here for 8 years. She loves to go and gets excited when I mention the name. She is well cared for and her grooming is top notch. Highly recommend.

If I could give no stars I would. I saw all of these wonderful reviews and wanted to check this place out for my dog. When I called the person up front seemed very disorganized and couldn’t answer any of my questions. So I called again later in the week and set up a tour. When I walked in I was greeted and told to wait for someone to come get me to walk me through the back area. When I walked back there it smelled. The lady had said they were in the middle of cleaning so okay whatever, I let that slide. The person takes me outside to see their yards and it’s so spacious, GREAT! The only problem is, everyone is sitting down and not interacting with the dogs. Why would I bring my dog for no one to interact with it? On my way out I heard yelling and screaming.. hope no dogs were being yelled at like that. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Anyone else experienced this?

My puppy has been going here for grooming all of last year. Last week I dropped him off for grooming. I always ask for a summer cut and a yorkie face cut and trim nails clean the hairs inside of the ear. But for some reason he didn’t have a Yorkie face cut hair around the ears all yagged uneven cuts. When I dropped him off his belly was pink after I picked him and got him home I noticed that his belly was now a light charcoal color. Don’t know what they do to him. I use to love the way he was treated and the grooming always looked good, but not this time. Probably be looking at another place to take him.

Nicest staff ever. All the playtime with other dogs wore them out. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, is they forgot a blanket and our refrigerated dogfood when we picked them up. Otherwise, they are the bomb.com!

Crystal is absolutely amazing. She treats every soul that walks in with the utmost kindness and respect. It doesn’t matter if you are a customer, an animal, or someone that just needs help she will make sure you are taken care of. I was lost and went inside for some help, but I will definitely be back as a customer with my animals. If you are looking for somewhere that will take the absolute best care of your babies, this is the place.
