We couldn't say enough nice things about Jen, Jonah, and everyone there! They have been absolutely amazing. They really care and it shows. Weve been going there for the last 6 months during our big move. They all have been so kind and reliable. They gave us total peace of mind with our furbabies. We're so happy to have found them!

We boarded our two dogs here for 4 nights for $244. Our one pup is very particular and requires special handling because he is high strung and gets anxious easily. They did an excellent job caring for both our dogs. We highly recommend them. The staff is so friendly and truly care about the little details to ensure your animals are cared for just as you would.

This place is seriously a joke! I brought my two pups(a 3 year old yellow lab and a 1 year old dachshund) to this facility for boarding for the week of thanksgiving. When I first walked in it straight up smelt like piss. It was very dirty and definitely not sanitary. I was alittle worried to leave my pups after seeing this but just put it off as they are very busy with the holiday and just haven't had a ton of time to clean. Over the 6 days they were there I tried calling multiple times to check on my dogs and they never answered. I finally called one last time the day I was supposed to pick them up and the front desk lady was super rude. When I finally picked them up they were shaking and smelt like pee. Both my dogs are normally super energetic and get excited to see me and my husband but neither were which is very unusual. I asked the manager "jen" and she said nothing happened and they are fine. She then offered to give them a bath for me for $100 bucks a dog . I'll definitely never be going back. This place is awful and only cares about money and not the animals. Both of my poor babies are traumatized now. Smoky Mountain Pet Resort and its employees should be ashamed of their selves for letting this happen.

They took very good care of our cat while we were on vacation, everyone there was so friendly. We were able to check in on him via email and in person, Jen even sent us some pictures. We were very happy with the care that our Belle received, we would definitely recommend them!

Brought our 15 year old spaniel for a stay in the mountains while we visited and it was wonderful! Very sweet people who truly love the animals! We will definitely be back!

Our little 10 month old kitty, Lobotomy stayed here March 10-13. They took great care of her. We stopped by daily to spend some time with her. The owner, Jennifer took some adorable pictures. I don’t remember the name of the person but they would just spend time playing with her in her private room. They must have played with Lobotomy a lot because she slept 7 hours out of the 8 hour drive back home. We will bring Lobotomy here again next time we spend time in Pigeon Forge. The Smoky Mountain Pet Resort was absolutely amazing. They have great communication from the start. The premises look clean and adapt for our pet. Have merchandise to sell on scene, and their prices are fantastic. Their customer service is superb, and our pet (EVA) felt comfortable staying while we were up the mountains. They genuinely showed care for pets. We loved it so much that we can't wait to come back for Thanksgiving. You won't be disappointed!!
