Pine Ridge Pet Resort

Avoid this place. I left two dogs here. I came to pick them up between the agreed time 8a-10a. I arrived at 9:43am after braving the weather to come get them. No one was there, doors locked and lights off. No one answered the phone or texts all day. I had to call the County Sheriff to see if they had an emergency contact. The sheriff's dept dispatcher was nice enough to call and text them, but no answer. I went back at 4pm and there were several cars and customers waiting. Doors were still locked at 4:15p. Around 4:20pm the owner showed up late. She was rambling about having to deal with "her kiddos". She said that "Nathan" has another job and had to leave early at 930am, but he did not tell anyone. She tried to charge me for the afternoon pick up. She acted like it was all my fault. You can put a gun to my head and I would not take my dog there. I have been taking my dogs here since 2020. It is not the same. Something has changed. Avoid.

I trust Pine Ridge with my dog when I need to travel without him. I know he is well taken care of. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the care of the animals that they watch for us.

The staff is kind and understanding. They took such great care of my Boxer while we were away from him for the 1st time since we adopted him a year ago. They enjoyed having him and had great things to say when I checked up on him. Very much recommend them to anyone looking for great people to care for your fur-baby while you have to be away!

Never boarded my dog here, but we have been customers of the groomer Jill for more than 8 years now and I absolutely love her! She is so great with our dog and cares so much about him and his health. She always has such great suggestions or ideas for things like tooth care and flea and tick protection. We have never had any problems with her or her grooming, she is amazing!!

Our almost 2 year old Malteese pup Levi stayed at Pine Ridge 19 days. To be honest we were a bit nervous as we rescued him last Fall and never left him. First couple days out we emailed to ask how is Levi doing? Staff responded very timely as to time difference and per their hours of operation. Said he was doing fine and a happy little boy. A few days later we emailed again. Response was good again. Last email a couple days later they affirmed he was eating fine. We didn't email after that as we felt comfortable with him being there. When I picked him up he was happy, rested and not anxious at all. Thank you staff for a great retreat for Levi.

Amazing owner and staff. My GSD Puppy is very anxious and scared but she went back to their doors after every visit as though she was home. This was my first time ever using a boarding service and I will recommend and use them from here out. Can't thank them enough for caring for my family member while we moved to a new home. Amazing!

Boarded our dog for a week and a bath. He smelled so terrible on pickup as if he had been sitting in his filth all week. We had to throw away his bed(which was now soiled with feces on the bottom), collar, leash, EVERYTHING that was there as well as scrub out the inside the car and wash him outside. When we complained, the staff seemed indifferent as if it wasn't their problem.
