I've been coming here for about 3 years and my dog loves it! The staff is always friendly and helpful as well as affectionate toward my dog! Lexi really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out today!

Unsanitary. As I was approaching the business with my dog Gerald, I noticed a foul stench, as I walked closer I noticed there was bags of dogs poop splattered all over the sidewalk. Directly in front of the business. Only could of came from one place. Disgusting. I immediately turned around and took my business elsewhere. I advise the same. Attached are photos.

Crossroads is one of the best dog training facilities that I have seen. They were able to train my four month old puppy and Well behaved valued member of the family. The attention to detail and reporting was amazing.

I have been taking my dog here for nearly 3 years after taking one of their dog training classes through Long Beach Parks and Rec. They have always been wonderful (my dog literally tries to go back inside when I pick her up), but recently they went above and beyond. On her recent boarding stay, staff realized my dog was acting unusual and after contacting me, we decided she needed to go to the vet. They contacted 5 local vets (with no openings) so they got her transportation to the local emergency pet hospital where the vet was able to diagnose and treat something that if left untreated would have been life threatening. She is now home recovering because staff was attentive and recognized something was wrong and got her promptly to treatment while I was on the other side of the country unable to do it myself. I hope no other dog has a medical emergency while in their care, but rest assured, if they do, the staff is just as amazing in an emergency as they are during good times.

My Ginger has been going to Crossroads about 6 years now. It is the only place I would put my dog in. She has been spoiled by her 2nd family of humans. She has been taken care when she has been sick. They have taken her to my vet when they thought it necessary. She has her buddies to play with. She is an old gal, and I feel relieved that she is amongst folks that care. I know she is safe! I lost my Ginger on Thanksgiving day. I called Crossroads to let them that passed away. Laura and Dan sent me a beautiful sympathy bouquet of carnations. My Ginger was cremated and she is now back at home with me.

I boarded my pet here and he came back with lacerations on his nose. I called many times and sent many emails and they never answered. Super unprofessional. I would never trust them to care for my dogs again.
