Wandering Woof Farm: Tacoma's Doggy Daycare & Boarding

I know my boyfriend already left a review but it was such a lovely place I felt like I needed to leave one as well. The team was excellent providing us with pictures of our dog Opal, we knew she was safe and having a blast. It’s the first time I ever boarded my dog and we really got lucky with this place, great communication and reassurance and our dog did great with all the other dogs. I 100% recommend to check them out and we will definitely be back!

My pups have stayed with Wondering Woof twice, each for a week or more. Jeannine keeps my pups safe with lots of outdoor time. They do come home needing a bath but it's because it rained so much when they both were there. I get texts with photos and good communication. If you want your pups to hav lots of outside time then this is the place.

Wandering Wood is wonderful. Jeannine is amazing with dogs. My dog, Poppy, is always so excited to go she shakes with excitement in the back of my car when we get close to the daycare. I never have to worry about Poppy while she is here, I know she is safe and having a great time. Jeannine's communication is excellent and she even sends pictures of Poppy throughout the day. Poppy always looks happy when she is here!

My 7.5year old German Shepherd, Shadow, is considered to be my son and I love my dog more than anything just as any owner of an animal should. Being a new customer and being the first time, dropping my dog off at a boarding place was extremely nervous for me But it needed to be done due to the situation. While my family and I were gone for 10 days WonderingWoof sent me pictures and attacked every day ensuring me about the situation with my dog and all I saw was my dog having fun and it almost sad in me because I thought he forgot about us, but I was extremely happy and it put us at ease. He did not come back underweight and he did not come back sick and he did not come back covered in fleas, He came back to us, healthy, and happy with no problems! We are sincerely thankful!!

We’ve been bringing our puppy (now 6 mo.) to Jeanine for daycare since he was 4 months after reading great reviews. Jeanine and her team genuinely care about the dogs under their supervision, our dog can’t wait to jump out of the car and run to them when we drop him off. Jeanine is a great communicator and super responsive to texts throughout the day. They also take extra measures to prevent the dogs from being overstimulated or stressed by taking structured play breaks and having the pick up/drop off spot tucked away from where the dogs stay/play. I would absolutely recommend bringing your dog here!

Started sending my puppy when he was about 6 months old for some extra stimulation and socialization while I work 24 hour shifts at the hospital. Couldn’t be more happy with wandering woof! They worked with him and helped him get comfortable when he was a little shy at first. And now I know he loves going and I feel so much better at work knowing he’s being well taken care of and having fun. He comes home and takes a nap with me 🙂

We’re so happy we found Wandering Woof! Getting a full tour of the facility and having an intro day really helped us feel comfortable. WW watched our dogs for over a week and communicated with us often, which really helped reassure us that they were doing well! They went above and beyond when one dog chewed their harness. You can tell this is a business ran by people who really care about dogs and their owners. WW is now our go-to.
