Longview Boarding & Grooming

We instantly felt like family and knew our girls were getting the best possible care while we were traveling. We had a senior dog with special needs and the staff went above and beyond to care for her. When making our latest booking and informing that our senior dog had passed, manager Christine was so empathetic. The card we received in the mail was so heartfelt and validated they cared sincerely about both of our dogs. We will be clients for life. Thank you Longview, for loving on our dogs like we do.

Daisy really enjoyed her time and Longview and had no issues. We are taking her back in May for a week when we go on vacation. We trust them and know they will take good care of our Golden. We are great for Longview Boarding and Grooming.

Do not send your dog here. Our first time boarding our dog was recently. He isn't even a year old yet and we trusted longview with our puppy. We even called to check in on him throughout our trip. Longview lied to us repeatedly. They said he was eating and doing great. When we picked him up we noticed how very dehydrated and malnutritioned he looked. There were 6 days of food left in his bag and we left him 13 days worth of food. We were so angry having paid 450 dollars for our dog to come home to us like that. We will for sure be taking our dog elsewhere next time we go out of town. When we first dropped him off was our first red flag. They were going to place our dog in a confined kennel with another dog without our consent. When we asked to speak with management to address the issue we were told we couldn't talk directly to management and that they would call us. Then after we picked up our puppy and wanted to talk about his the condition he was in they avoided our phone calls for several days. I don't see how this place got good reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Fantastic owners and the groomers are so sweet and gentle. The dogs get a lot of playtime and special attention. Definitely recommend 👍👍

They stole a groomer named Lori from Rex Point and she's amazing with dog's. If you need a great groomer for your dog, she's the one. She is absolutely amazing with dogs.

Update 06.04.2024: We now bring our two puppies here and could not be happier. The staff is amazing with our dogs. They get so excited when we pull in to the driveway and run right to the door to see their friends(dogs and humans). The renovations they've made look great as well. I cannot recommend these guys enough. We've been bringing our puppy here for the past 1 year and have had a great experience. The staff is awesome. The hours are longer than other daycares, which really helps because we work long hours. Our dog is excited to be dropped off every morning and they are always sure to bunk her with one of her buddies. Most importantly, our dog comes home tired everyday.

We have been customers of Longview for many years. Our 14-year old lab spent many winters at Longview while we were in FL. We found the owners to be fantastic people and their staff are the BEST! They treated our Sunshine like she was their dog. If you want the #1 place to take your pet and have it pampered - Longview is the place for you! Many, many thanks to Amanda, Mike, Angela, and all the lovely folks who took care of Sunshine over the years.
