Paws VIP

*** updated review*** despite the past issues with our pup being flagged as aggressive by an employee and isolated from group play that we were unaware of we took a pause returning to Paws VIP. However since the hiatus they’ve been putting a lot of effort into making things right for us. Haya was persistent with staying connected to ensure us they haven’t forgotten about us and to give them the opportunity to better serve us if we decide to return. Haya from escalation would call periodically to check in on Pogi which was super sweet. She also mentioned there will be improvements to come on staff training and how to better handle situations with customers. That gave us peace of mind. As a kind gesture from management and owner they offered 2 days of daycare and periodic photos and videos during his time there. Our only request was to have a staff member that Pogis familiar with during this time and who knows how to work with his type of behavior be the present and the handler if possible . Molli and Kaleigh were to two I know Pogi bonded with. I know it’s a big ask but they were willing to accommodate :). I hope we will have a successful do over! Thanks Paws VIP for resolving this matter. You’ve all demonstrated such great business acumen and congrats on your two new locations! Pogi will see u all soon!

I will start by saying that I have no complaints. I have exhausted my research about which kennel to choose by taking recommendations, visiting various kennels, checking reviews and scheduling meet and greets but prior to comming to paws vip, nothing felt safe and low stress enough for my dogs. In 2022 I lost a dog to to poor planning and choice on who was watching them while I was on vacation. After 5 years volunteering and working with dogs, I have seen first hand the affects of dogs who have been poorly handled in the past and not all of them made it. This is the mindset that I approached paws vip with. They knocked it out of the park! The facility is very clean, no excessive noise and great interaction with the dogs that lowers their stress. I like their business model. How many kennels do you know that believe in such 1v1 interaction? Not many. I am grateful you have found them and appreciate them in how they handled my animals and the attitudes they hold towards animal care. 10/10!

Thank you PawsVIP for the excellent grooming job on my precious JoJo! I don’t live in Washington but I needed my dog to be groomed before getting on a plane. My baby rides under the seat in front of me and I didn’t want her to overheat. I did a quick Google search and I found that PawsVIP had good ratings. I sent them a text but wasn’t expecting a response until the next day. To my surprise, they responded within 20 minutes. The communication experience was easy, professional, and caring. It was Thursday night and I was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. The groomer was awesome! Love asked me specifically what I wanted and listened carefully. My little baby came out even better than I expected. The front office was very kind and reassured me that my little baby would be taken care of and she was 100% correct. I paid about the same price I pay in Alaska so I felt they were very reasonable with their pricing. If you’re not sure where to go, take a look at PawsVIP, you won’t be disappointed.

my dog is absolutely traumatized. unsure of what happened he came home limping and will not stop licking his paw to the point of it bleeding. he was supposed to get a trim and bath but after being there for 4 hours and they still hadn’t started his grooming I decided to cancel his bath and requested they just clip his nails. I specifically stated no drill or grind whatsoever. I wasn’t present for it so unsure of how the nails were handled but it’s been 2 days and he’s anxious and can’t sleep and stands with his paw up. we are going to the vet today to try to figure out what this place did to him but if you care about your dog you will not come here

So far so good, Knox has gone twice for daycare and is doing a 3 day stay this weekend.. Update, boarding was a success, we felt we could relax while outa town, love love love the email updates with pics, gives us relief knowing hes well taken care of...

Aliona is a fantastic groomer. She has experience with show dogs. Our Chow recently was treated with steroids for a medical condition and her fur had fallen out. Aliona was very careful with trimming the fur and minimizing any additional fur loss. Our Chow looks beautiful again. We will be loyal customers from this point further. Thank you.

This place was wonderful for our pup! She got fired from two other groomers so I was a little nervous. And Aliona not only gave her an amazing haircut, but was also able to trim the hair on her paws and her nails which basically never happens! I honestly would recommend them 10x's over! My pup looks great, she didn't seem anxious after leaving and everyone I talked to was so kind. 10/10!
