Wags & Wiggles

My dog has been going here consistently for the past 6 months, and it truly feels like his second family. Every single staff member treats him with so much love and care, and I always feel confident knowing he’s in great hands. Their communication is amazing—they keep me updated and make sure I know everything going on with him. One of my favorite parts of the day is pulling into the parking lot—he gets SO excited, his whole body wiggles with his tail going nonstop. The second he walks in, he’s greeted by friendly faces and can’t wait to run off and play with his friends. They also have cameras running during the day (with slightly different hours on weekends), which is such a thoughtful touch and really helps you feel confident about your dog’s care. They offer fun activities throughout the month, and the "sniffaris" are the best! They send photos and videos of your pup sniffing around for treats, which is such a fun touch. I truly couldn’t be happier with the care and love they give all the dogs. Every staff member has been nothing short of amazing. I can’t say enough positive things about Wags and Wiggles!

My pup had a good time here. Communication was good. Got a tour of the facility. We did a temperament test and free day of daycare because it was his first time. Unfortunately he isn’t allowed back because he kept mounting other dogs. They didn’t make me feel bad about this, even though I felt bad! They said it’s a normal part of an un neutered 9 month old Aussie. Will try again after he gets neutered in a couple months to see if it helps with mounting. Overall the experience was good 🙂

One of the wonderful employees within Wags & Wiggles, Susan, took time to meet Gustav & Johann, and then walked us through the entire kennel. As they have 24 hour care, they are now the kennel where the boys will be, when I travel. VERY clean ... no odors!

Well, all my dogs for many years have only gone to Wags and Wiggles in Rancho Santa Margarita. I recently moved to Tustin and my sweet girl, Belle, is now at the Tustin facility. I am beyond thrilled to have her there and with people she has known for years. She is 9 years old now. When I said to her today "Bellie want to go to school?" That is always what I said to all my dogs. Well she jumped up and down. She couldn’t get through the door fast enough. I never worry about her when there. Laurie and Renaye are a God send!!

We adopted our Great Dane as a 8 month old puppy. We quickly learned that she couldn't be left alone for an extended amount of time and needed socialization. I did some online research and decided to give Wags a shot. I am so glad we did. The staff is so great with her even though she is a lot to handle at times. They are very attentive and keep you in the loop of any type of issues that come up. I am very thankful for wags and all the staff.

I was planning to utilize Wags and Wiggles for my two dogs. Unfortunately, I selected a competitor due to the way the employees treat members of their community. Please respect your freedom, and your business will be respected by more potential customers. Sad.

Took my 2 dogs to a Meet & Greet at Wags & Wiggles today. My husband and I were impressed with the personnel and the cleanliness and size of the facility. The staff appears to be well trained, organized, and helpful. Our tour guide was particularly keen to our needs and desires. We are excited to take our dogs to their first day experience at Wags & Wggles.🐾💙🐾💝
