The PawGround

I have been using boarding services with The Pawground since 2022. They have always been wonderful and I trust the staff with my previous dog. Recently, I had a family emergency and had to board my dog last minute. They were so lovely and accommodating during a very emotional and stressful time. It gave me such peace of mind to know that he was being taken care of while I traveled. I also love getting photo updates of him playing with all of the friends he makes there. I also use their grooming services and Courtney has been amazing. He always comes out looking fantastic and she knows exactly how to take care of him during the grooming process to make him feel more comfortable. Definitely check out the Pawground for your boarding and grooming needs.

The PawGround is the best! The owner Alisha and her staff will treat your pup like their own. The facility is always clean no matter what time I walk in, the staff is friendly, the pricing is competitive to other doggy daycares in the valley and they are always having a special on their daycare, boarding and grooming packages. I would give The PawGround 10 stars if I could, we absolutely love them!

I just stopped in for prices for my little roommate, Leona (see picture - she's a little shaggy). The staff was friendly and patient with me. A big plus is that while you wait, you get to have pizza across the street at the best pizza joint in Los Angeles, 'Joe Peeps', or have a quiet cocktail next door at the best bar in the known universe, 'The Foxfire Room'. The Paw Ground is a pet grooming and boarding service in Valley Village, California. It offers a cage-free facility where dogs can play and sleep together in a safe and comfortable environment. The Paw Ground also provides bath and groom, pet haircut, and full grooming services for dogs of all sizes and breeds. The Paw Ground is owned by Alisha K., who is a dog lover and pet parent herself. She and her staff are professionally trained and always update the pet parents with photos and messages on how their pup is doing.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with The PawGround in Valley Village. I have a 3 year old spaniel mix who is the love of our life. He’s super playful and friendly. We found the PawGround from another friend of ours and they spoke so highly of it that we thought we should try it out too. We have now been going there for about 5-6 months now and we are so happy with them! The service is so exceptional. The entire staff is so friendly and kind. Everyone always answers any questions I have. Most importantly my dog is so happy there, he runs in through the doors and jumps up to greet the staff. I get photos of him playing with the other pups. They took  him on walks throughout the neighborhood when he boarded there for 3 nights recently. My dog is an extremely picky eater and they hand fed him so he would eat his meals. I feel so reassured leaving my dog there. They truly take care of all of the dogs there like their own. I cannot recommend them enough. We tried other places before and just felt no one cared. The owner is there often and is so kind as well. She knows all of the dogs names and she even gave me her personal cell to reach out if I ever needed anything. The manager Courtney is also an incredible asset to the team. My dog jumps with joy when he sees her every time. I'm so happy I've found such a lovely doggy daycare!

I’ve been taking my dog to The Paw Ground for a few years, and we absolutely love it! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they always go above and beyond to make sure my pup feels at home. One of my favorite things is how they keep me updated with pictures every time my baby is there. It brings me so much peace of mind. I can tell they genuinely care for all the dogs, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful care they provide. Highly recommend The Paw Ground to any dog parent!

Such a wonderful place. We brought our 8 month old rescued Sheepadoodle in for a temperament test to see how he would get along with other dogs, so he could become a client. We expressed our concern that he had been homeless his whole life and we didn’t know if he would get along with other dogs. They brought him out after about 15 minutes and said he did great. He played well with the other dogs and ran around like crazy. The next day I returned for an hour of daycare and grooming. The staff members I interacted with were very kind, calm, attentive and confident. All attributes you would want someone who is taking care of your dog to have. After they took Shaggy to the playground, Courtney (the groomer) came out to speak with me about what I wanted for him. I immediately liked her and knew Shaggy would be in good hands. When they brought him out when he was done, I didn’t even recognize him, he looked like a whole new dog. I was extremely pleased with how beautiful he looked and promised we would bring him back for his next haircut. I can’t say enough about this place. We were so happy with all aspects of our experience. It was obvious that Shaggy had a great time and he was so worn out from playing that he let us sleep in the next day. I can’t wait to take him back for more fun.

This place is absolutely amazing! We love their concept, and our dog loves it there!! Affordable, and I can tell they love dogs! We look forward to taking our pup here as much as she likes going. I would recommend the PawGround to everyone, they are great!!
