I have wildly high expectations because ive worked in the pet care industry for 15 years. Im very wary of these facilities because I know what can happen behind the scenes. I unfortunately was faced with a dilemma of my girl Beetlejuice not being able to be left at home for her safety and me having multiple medical appointments coming up. I sucked it up and started looking at daycare. When I tell you every single place fell significantly short except for BFF. Their policies align with my standards and their staff genuinely enjoy the dogs. My biggest pet peeve is a facility smelling like urine. I know its hard to prevent but I WILL NOT leave my dogs somewhere that smells like ammonia. This place was CLEAN. If I didn't hear the dogs barking I would have not known dogs were there. Beetle had an absolute blast and is TIRED. Quite a feat for an incredibly active border collie. Im very relieved that Beetle has a safe place to play while im taking care of myself. I highly recommend if you need a safe environment for your dog to stay.

Having 2 Chocolate Lab's (Elvis & Redd) is a labor of love, patience, and most of all, devotion to these angels whom provide us unconditional love. That being said, Best Fido Friends not only have the above elements, they've shown a level honesty, integrity. loyalty the the pets they care and most all, quality of service. We entrust them with our lets say our children, you want the best and Best Fido Friends, always provides the best care. Thank You

Love Fido Friends and so does my fur baby! Everytime we mention "daycare" his ears go up and he heads to the door, and for us that means a lot bc he is still learning not to bark at everyone and everything lol ! 10/10! They have events and all, prom etc!

Love love love Best Fideo Friends! My baby gets so much love and from pictures looks like he has the best time here! He’s a bit awkward and may not be the most social butterfly but I can see how relaxed he looks in photos and so many that show the group play leaders giving him so much love. I drive 40-50 minutes for boarding and daycare just because that’s how much I trust them over anywhere else! Super safe, communication is fast and so nice and friendly and the price is extremely reasonable and I don’t feel like it’s price gouging at all. I would 100% recommend to anyone I know. I LOVE that the post pics every day that daycare is open to show how much fun each group had that day!

I have used Best Fido Friends several times. Make sure you take a list of the things you expect back. There are multiple people helping with pickup, which all my pets seem to enjoy. You could forget something because each thought the other took care of it. I have always been impressed with the care they take. Hope you get to try them. My dogs are always have come home rested.

Thank you for taking such amazing care of us and loving us like your own. We appreciate your patience, and embracing our zoomies. BFF was beyond our expectations, super nice staff, lots of people running around handling everything. I would highly recommend Best Fido Friends!

I have been taking my GSD, Beau, to Kevin for grooming for several years now. I live in Robinson and although there are other places much closer, my loyalty is to him and BFF. He does an excellent job and I won’t take him anywhere else. Beau comes home well groomed and seemingly content. I am always pleased and he is always sensitive and perceptive to any request.
