We decided to give Krysta a try with our two Lhasa Apso's..After their first visit we noticed they were not stressed out. Perfect cuts and everything done as requested. Today was their second visit and my pups never looked so good. We had been taking them to other groomers and after a scratched retina on our boy and burns on our little girl we switched groomers. They did a so so job. Krysta on the other hand has set the benchmark for all others. Great job Krysta.! You now have a loyal customer.

I should have trusted my gut. Reception staff must either hate people or their jobs but regardless they were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Our 2 dogs were boarded here for 1 week. Staff was unable to follow simple instructions on how to care for our pets and did what they wanted instead. They did not even know what toys and blankets belonged to our dogs. When picking up the dogs, 2 staff members came out with them, both unfriendly and without eye contact. One dog had their tail between their legs. They care about money more than your beloved pets. The attitude of the staff says it all no matter what they say, please think twice before boarding at this facility.

I appreciate the staff for updating me on my dog, but I also feel like it could be problematic down the line… It’s been multiple occasions where I can do same-day on boarding and pick him up in the morning. Never had an issue. Until they decided, they wanted to start following the rules and not allowing people to have same-day on boarding... How can they tell what’s an emergency and what’s not. Never can keep a groomer available. This location is very busy but the lack of staff available and deciding when it’s suitable to follow, the rules was a big inconvenience because I was under a different impression.

BEWARE! Entrusted this company with my two small dogs, and they decided to separate them for the entirety of their stay….9 nights. This information was never disclosed to me after three "check in calls". This company displays a complete lack of compassion and customer service. After asking for further detail, I was confronted with false accusations by the manager. During drop off one dog was terrified of the handler, and upon pickup one dog was flinching when I tried to give any affection near his face. This company has no idea what they are doing, leaving me extremely uncomfortable allowing them to watch my dogs or any animal for that matter. If your pet matters to you at all, avoid this establishment for both vet needs and boarding needs.

My Irish Setter Charlie Brown cannot get enough of going to daycare. Everyday we can, we drop him off while we take my daughter to school. His tail wags so much as soon as we get close. Charlie Brown absolutely loves the team at Happy Pawz so much that he gives them hugs as soon as he gets inside. Even when we need to go out of town, we always bring him here so he can have a little vacation while we are gone. Absolutely amazing team!
