Shampoodle

I’ve taken my pom to several groomers in the area and am so grateful to have found the lovely ladies of Shampoodle! They are very gentle and patient with my little guy and he always comes home clean and happy! Prices are reasonable.

We have been taking our dogs to Shampoodle for years. Our dogs are comfortable and calm when we drop them off and when we pick them up. They always look great and the groomers are always open to special requests. They let us know of any signs of possible health concerns. They know our dogs from tip to tail. Those are marks of a great groomer! We love these ladies!

Please don't traumatize your fur baby by taking them to this place. Both ladies are not friendly at all. As a new customer you should feel welcomed. Not according to these ladies. And if you have a poodle they seem to do a good job. If not, why should my fur baby resemble one when I picked her up? Worst haircut and experience ever! My fur baby shakes every time I brush her now. She's never done that! She's traumatized! $70 was too much to pay for such a horrible job! Never again!!

Shampoodle is amazing! They are the best beauticians in Wichita. My Curly Coated Retriever comes home from Shampoodle looking like she stepped out of the Westminster Dog Show! If your dog has a unique coat, Shampoodle knows how to take care of it.

DO NOT TAKE YOU DOGS HERE!! they complained about his barking when all of the other dogs were barking! they called over the phone and left a rude voice message. as someone paying for their services you should be nicer to your customers. they left my dog unattended in the back. his eye is swollen. they are rude ladies. they also charged more than what they originally said as the estimate, and did not go over everything.

I would give them 0 stars if I could, I took my dog to be be groomed today, when I went to pick her up, they called my dog a "brat" and then proceeded to charge me $15 more than originally quoted. I was trying them out because they are closer than my other groomer, which I've been going to for the 2 years I've had my dog, several people have groomed her there and no one has ever complained about her, the employees at Shampoodle are rude and should focus on their own personal grooming habits and not insult their clients!

My pomeranian looks like a doll everytime she leaves Shampoodle! 🙂 Those ladies are SO knowledgable about anything/everything dog related. Seriously, ask them anything! Best vets to go to, advice on doggie-habits, best dog foods, etc. You can tell they really care about your dog just like it was their own pet. When it's my appointment day, I just drop my little one off on my way to work, and pick her up on my lunch hour or on my drive home. Very convenient! If you need an awesome groomer for your four legged friend, I'd recommend this place to anyone.
