Wagging Tails Pet Resort & Spaw

My Cujo has been serviced by the Wagging Tails Wolcott office for over 7 years of grooming and a couple of boarding stays. He’s always happy to see the staff and when he’s there I know he’s in good hands.

The Staff at Wagging Tails have always been delightful to work with. My dog Boomer loved going to stay whenever went on vacation or even for a grooming. He passed away last January but I will always have the fondest memories of the pictures sent to me from his boarding days there. I loved working with the people. They kept the stalls very clean and he was exercised daily. He even got to socialize a few times behind the desk while visiting. I wish the best to this amazing crew and if i ever get another dog, I would definitely send him to visit and make many new friends at Wagging Tails Animal Daycare & Pet Spaw Boarding in Connecticut. Both locations are wonderful to explore. 😉

Took my rescue dog to wagging tails for a bath and nail trim. The groomer Gary told me that it will take longer than usual because he wanted to go slow with her so she won’t be frightened or stressed. This was her first time. I received a call from Johnathon letting me know she was doing great and when they thought she would be ready for pickup. She was happy when I picked her up. No sign of stress and wanted to stay near Gary while I finished up with my bill. I’m definitely going back for swimming and to try dock diving. Really caring staff. Thank you!!!!

I hurt my back , and have a yellow Labrador retriever 12 week old puppy couldn’t take care of him!!! Call Wagging tails. And they took him right in. Went to pick him up all I saw was a happy little puppy. they were great they checked with my vet make sure he had all his shots!!! Took him back today!! he couldn’t get in the door quick enough he just loves the staff I say five stars!!! Somehow it says for trying to get it to say five but definitely a five star

Rosa loved her stay here! I'll use these guys again! Highly recommend! When she came back home, it was a seamless transition. Like we never left. This place is the next best thing to staying at 'grandma's house'! So cool! Staff treated my little girl like she was family. I loved the photos and reports they sent daily. This feature was so beneficial to my piece of mind while away. I enjoyed seeing her smiling face playing with other dogs and making friends. Excellent social interaction they are promoting by mixing dogs based on personality and not size. This is a great place that understands how to treat our little fur babies. Its definitely not just a kennel. It's her home away from home. I'm considering using the daycare program to teach Rosie how to swim. We'll be back!

Had such a good experience today for my dogs swimming lesson! Such knowledgable and caring staff. My Doberman sinks in the water, by the end of the lesson he was kicking all 4 feet! Can’t wait to continue and possibly do dock diving!

I’m not sure why this place has not closed! They are negligent and never show, with the balsy excuse, " I forgot" or "we are short staffed"…. Then do not accept reservations…..this is unacceptable is when running pet sitting/boarding place. Then they just ignore your calls and messages. They must be paying for great reviews. I never got calls nor my emergency number when they just did NO SHOW. My dog went all 14 hours without being taken out.
