Really friendly staff and my dog loves all of them and they also have parties on Thursdays(once/twice a month) with dressing up your dog and taking photos. Those are really cute
The pet hotel/ day camp inside of the Petsmart in Woodinville, has had an overwhelming urine smell every time I've walked by there . I have used multiple petsmart locations and none of them smell like urine at all, even when there's a puddle of urine on the floor. I would love to use this location it's closest, but can't stand to go inside the lobby. Some one said that they go over their floors with a cleaning machine nightly.So It sounds like it's the makeup of the flooring, must be absorbing the odor because it only seems to have gotten worse. Otherwise this store is excellent!
It's a pet store that doesn't provide bags for dog waste. I asked for a plastic bag and they wouldn't give me one unless I paid 8 cents. When I said I didn't have money on me they tried to give me a thin napkin!. I had an 80lbs dog that dropped a large duke. That's the last time I'll go to this abysmal location.. there are waay better pet store close by.
Our go-to day camp. The people there are so nice and they take good care or our pup. Special shout-out to Amber in Woodinville! She has a special connection to our pup. Thanks much to all of you!

They have everything I can think of for pets, except 1st aid kits for pets.
