Posh Pooch Dog Grooming

My mom has taken her dog here for a loooooong time. So she made my dog an appointment when I moved to Ohio. Very friendly and did an excellent job. Was attentive to my dogs needs and asked all the right questions. Highly recommend if you fury friend needs a little less fur.

The girls took such great care of my boys! My Aussie’s haircut is perfect, his breath smells SO MUCH better, and they both are so soft. They took extra precautions, as my Aussie is blind, and made me feel confident that they’d make him comfortable. The greeting cat at the front desk was also a sweet bonus 😊. So glad we found a great groomer so close to our new home!

We just tried Posh Pooch for the first time, and we couldn’t be happier! Being new to the area, we were so excited to find a groomer that is so close (literally in my backyard). Everyone was amazing with our Gemma—so professional, kind, and gentle. She came out looking gorgeous, smelling fresh, and so happy! The team made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and their prices are very affordable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Posh Pooch to anyone looking for top-notch grooming with a personal touch. I took my dogs there for the first time on August 26th, within an hour of arriving home all three of my dogs were sneezing and one had a very runny eye and another had a red eye with some watery discharge. I took my worst of the 3 dogs to the Vet to find out they damaged the cornea of his eye and now he may go blind 😭 When I called they said I signed a consent form that they are not responsible for anything that happens to your pet. They were not even concerned when I called back to tell the the Vet report. I HIGHLY recommend you don't take your pets there.. I am appalled by there non caring response to my dog possibly going blind..DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PETS!!!!!

Took my 2 newly adopted shi tzus for a shampoo, ear cleaning,nails,and tooth brush. Staff was very nice. Service was quick. Also price was very reasonable. If you go, say hi to the office cat Elvis.

The staff, inlcuding "Elvis" the kitty, is professional, personable, quick and efficient! I love taking my pooch to be pampered there!

They cut my dogs throat. Did not say a word about doing so. Really wow. Who does that??? This place will not ever get my business again. Real shame as they are very close to my home I always try to use local.
