Wash Wag Dog Wash & Grooming

This was my first experience and I am super pleased! I went with my husband and 3 year old daughter to give my shiba a walk in bath to help get the last of the undercoat out. The girls were so friendly with my 3 year old and explained everything nicely and included My 3 year old helping. Shampoos are included as well as all the tools, towels! Will be coming back! Thank you!

Our dog Cooper, a labradoodle, looks like best ever. He appeared to be much less stressed than with other groomers. Alicia did a great job!! We will be back!

Very happy with our walk in experience today! We brought 2 medium sized doggos. We washed and dried them both, they had soap options, high pressure water, brushes, and an electric dryer. For $36, it beats the hell out of buying allergenic products, washing at home, battling with towels and hair dryers, and dealing with wet dogs on the furniture. We used the dryers, we toweled, we drove home, and the pups are fresh and the house doesn't smell like wet dogs! We'll definitely be back! Go check them out! They also have full service with an appointment! 😎

Edit: Changing from a 3 star to a 1 star. Owner canceled future apt due to my review. I guess people can’t give honest feedback these days. Reviews are meant to allow for growth, not lose clients. What a shame. My dog’s haircuts are pretty good. Nails need work though, often not trimmed short enough and not filed down. No matter when we have an appointment it always takes 4-5 hrs. They forgot their bandanas this apt. 🙁 Not sure if they give dogs water but for having them that long and not giving water is a long time. Mine were both panting when I picked them up and went through 2 large bowls of water once we got home. They were very very thirsty. Always very nice but attention to detail has been lacking the last 2 appointments. They had them roaming around with another dog and their leashes were tangled into each other.

I took the dogs, Bubba and Layla, to Wash Wag Dog Wash and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Although, I can’t say the dogs did. They aren’t a fan of baths. 😂 Finding the location presented a small challenge for me. The GPS didn’t take me to the correct address, but it was still relatively easy for me to find. At the intersection of Portage Trail Extension W and N Portage Path, turn left and you’ll see the location on the left-hand side. I had a lot of fun with the dogs. I bathed the dogs myself, but they do offer other services. Staff was friendly and helpful! Different products to choose from and I found it to be affordable. I definitely will be coming back in the future!

First complete cat grooming was awesome! Katness loved her bath and looked beautiful! Thank you for your patience and care. Will definitely recommend and return!
