Alamo Pet Grooming

Venessa & team at Alamo Pet Grooming (aka Venessa's Pet Spa) is the best of the best. I have been bringing my dogs here for 17 years. From my old grouchy Labradoodle (who is in dog park heaven now) to my temperamental rescue Maltipoo, and my sweet goof-ball Goldendoodle, Venessa does a fantastic job. I know my fur-babies are in great hands.

Sharon is wonderful! When I took Denali in for her grooming appointment, there were 2 other Berner's there being groomed. She happily took Denali as her 3rd Berner, even though you can be sure it is a lot of work! She did a beautiful job and we are happy to have found Vanessa's Pet Spa. Thank you Sharon!

The best. I have a 115 pound German Shepard with thick fur. I mentioned I had a special occasion and when I picked him up he was looking fly. Like the dogs on the dog food bags. Been going there ever since. I highly recommend them. And, the staff are very nice people.

I’ve gone to get my dog groomed here once before and she came back from her desheddkmg bath COVERED in her excess fur. I called today a little over an hour before they’re listed closing time to see if i could swing by to have her nails clipped because I’ve decided it’s easier to bathe her myself and 45 dollars to deshed her when she’s still covered in excess fur wasn’t worth it. Anyway, I called them to see if I could swing by before they closed to get her nails clipped. They asked me if I could come tomorrow since they were heading out the door for the day now. It’s not that i can’t wait til tomorrow, I just thinks it’s unprofessional to ask a paying client to come back the next day because you’re leaving when your hours listed cont correlate.

I have been with Vanessa before she opened her own pet spa. Everyone there is wonderful to our two dogs. I highly recommend them

We get our little dog Bear's fur and nails trimmed here and they always take care of him, we're always happy with the service!

I have a golden and he got a bath and his fur was so brushed and soft I could not get over it
