What a wonderful experience! I took my 4 dogs in for a nail trim I was greeted and welcomed into the shop. The staff got my dogs in and out quickly. My dogs are a bit squirmy and they handled them patiently and carefully. I am very happy with the service. Prices were very affordable. I highly recommend that you pet parents try them for their grooming needs.

I am beyond upset and devastated after taking my Border Collie, Charlie, in for grooming yesterday. I specifically asked for a full groom with his hair cut shorter in a breed-appropriate style — not to have him completely shaved down. Instead, they shaved him so drastically that he looks like a sheep after spring shearing. I was so shocked and heartbroken when I saw him that I literally walked out crying. Border Collies have double coats, and improper shaving can permanently affect how their coat grows back. When I asked the groomer whether Charlie’s coat would grow back properly, they couldn’t even give me an answer. That honestly made the situation even worse. How can you provide a grooming service for double-coated dogs if you can’t explain whether the grooming could permanently damage their coat? To put it into perspective, this feels like going into a salon and asking for a bob haircut, only for them to shave your head bald. Short is short, but a bob is not bald — and what they did to Charlie was nowhere close to what I requested. This wasn’t just a haircut I didn’t like — this feels like negligence and a complete disregard for the instructions I gave and for basic breed-specific grooming knowledge. I trusted them with my dog, and I left feeling devastated and anxious about whether his coat will ever be the same again.

The owner Alex always does a great job with our Parti Yorkie Oreo and leaves him just the way we like it!! 🐾 Highly recommend this grooming place they take their time and care of my doggie!

I've been bringing my dogs here for years. They have been kind, professional always get my babies looking clean. I don't know what shampoo they use but my poodle smells good for weeks. And poodles are stinky dogs! I like them completely shaved no teady face. And they always acomidate me and calm my concerns about their nail trims and toes. I had an awful experience with another grooming establishment years before I went to them. So I really appreciate the work they do ! Well they are there now and they are only getting a trim since it's still cold. Let's see how they look when the come home. !

They took good care of my babies, I have been taking them here for a while now, I have 5 babies and they all get groomed here.

I'm from Florida, and both times I was in the area for a couple of days to visit family they fit me in. Both times my girl looked beautiful when I picked her up. If I lived here this is where my Twinkie's spa day would be.
