I can’t say enough good things about this place. My parents started bringing their Pomeranians here a couple of years ago and still take them to this day. I first felt comfortable bringing my dog, Marvel, after seeing how Andrea fixed the undercoat on one of their Poms and how relaxed they were afterward. When Marvel was alive, she took amazing care of him. He had a heart condition, and I needed someone patient and gentle, and she was perfect for that. Now I bring my kitten every couple of weeks for nail trims, and everyone there is just as wonderful with him. I never thought a cat could stay calm at a dog groomer, but he’s always so relaxed and happy there.

This is the most wonderful, locally owned, pet groomer. Absolutely amazing. They are truly brilliant with my 15 year old long haired dachshund. They are kind, gentle, professional, and I wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else. I’m so appreciative of their great care.

Natalia has always groomed my dog Oreo and today I took my little bit as well she's the best groomer she does a perfect job I would recommend to her to everybody thank you for grooming my babies you're the best.

My boys (American Eskimo/ Pom cross and mutt) have been with Jackie for years. They love going for grooming, which speaks volumes! They feel loved and always look so handsome when I pick them up.

Michelle takes such good care of my babies. Affordable and they have a way with the dogs that makes me feel comfortable leaving them with them!

I can’t say enough good things about the owner and staff. - no cages - kind, courteous, respectful - always double checks what kind of cut you want your dog to have - Salon is clean, professional, dog safe I could go on and on but I think the above list is most important when looking for a groomer. What I truly appreciate is the customer service. I picked up a foster pug that was in desperate need of a good bathing and toe nail trimming. The owner was kind enough to squeeze me in first thing the next morning. Anymore these days, you can’t find good customer service like that. I have to throw in how creative they are as well. I LOVE how open they are to doing creative things and get just as excited as I do. Halloween is right around the corner and I wanted my Bichon and newly adopted foster fail pug to be ready. J.E.M’s Bright Star Grooming did not disappoint! This is my forever grooming salon for my fur-babies. I don’t trust my dogs in anyone else’s hands but J.E.M’s. Thank you ladies!!!
