I would give them a zero. We took our mini golden doodle for grooming. I requested the doodle package and you ca n see what we got. She shaved him down to is skin and even shaved off his whiskers. I would not recognize him running down the road if he got loose. I am so angry. We tried contacting the store manager and his response was he could give us 10% off next time. There won't be one. The district manager just ignores our calls. I would never recommend this grooming facility.
Always a wonderful experience at this location. My pups look and smell amazing every time. Highly recommend

I come here every 6 weeks or so for my small pup's nail trim+buff. They do it so much better than I am able to with my little squirmer. Everyone working is super nice and they remember my dog's name. I definitely trust them to take the best care of my pup. He always comes out looking happy 😊
The grooming staff is always very sweet to my nervous Dachshund when they clip his nails. I will keep coming back. Thank you
Great customer service! The lady who did my dog’s haircut was amazing and very sweet. Also, they did a fantastic job. I will take my dog there again.
