It AMAZES me that Petsmart has the NERVE to post thse pictures of content dogs on their website. They need to be sued for lying. I will NEVER refer or take my dogs to ANY petsmart again. They think that I'm going to let what happened to my dogs go, but NO I'M NOT. Someone needs to do something about them and if has to be me, so be it.

Their groomers are all so nice and competent. You can tell they truly care for the pets and want to do good work. My pup always looks great and is happy when we pick her up.
I love these ladies! Each one has been great! I see how caring they are with all the animals and how talented they are with their grooming expertise! The spritzes are great and I love the bandannas!
