PetSmart Grooming

I will NEVER bring my dogs back to this groomer. I had a 5 pm appointment and they called me around 2:00 and asked me if I could bring my two boys in an hour early at 4. :00. I was very excited that they'd get in and out quicker. To my disbelief after 4 hours I still had not gotten a call from them so went down there at 8 pm and they were still not done with them! The manager said they allow 3 to 4 hours from my original appointment, not when they asked me to come in!! They just kept my boys locked up in the kennel for hours just waiting to get groomed. When I got them home they were thirsty and really had to go to the bathroom.

Jessica does an amazing job with our dog Holly. She was always real nervous at our other groomers, she is very calm after her time with Jessica. Its great for her.

I don’t recommend going to pets mart on coors bypass for grooming. My little dogs had an appointment with Bella and apparently she could not handle little chihuahuas. If they can’t handle small dogs they have no business being in that field. I would go somewhere and bypass someone who doesn’t know what they are doing, she complained she couldn’t touch them, complained they bit her, like they are dogs this is how small dogs can behave especially after telling her they have never been to a groomer before. .

Wait time is almost always 3-4 hours based on my own experience and reading other reviews for an appointment, email I got said 1-2 hours. I say false advertising.

I love watching the groomers working on all different breeds of dogs. You definitely can tell which dogs enjoy being pampered and which dogs want to just get a run for it 🤣

Been going here for awhile, but the service seems to be going downhill lately the last couple of times I've been in. The cashier's seem to be miserable working, not sure why. Kinda disheartening to see up front.
