Ashton was wonderful with our dog, Olive. She came out so cute and Ashton was very caring and considerate of being aware of any sensitive spots our dog may have after having a surgery recently-ish.
Ashton took care of Cody. He was in rough shape. I appreciate her taking the extra time to make him feel handsome. Some before and after shots .
They're extremely strict about drop off time being no more than 10 minutes before the appointment time, but then are unwilling to give a pick up time. Their excuse for the strict drop off time is that they can not increase the amount of time in the kennel, but that doesn't make sense if they have no limit on the pick up time. Other PetSmart locations do not have these same restrictions. The person at the front desk and the manager were both very condescending.
Corbin A. did an awesome job on our two big dogs today! He worked late to make sure he finished and that they looked great. Thanks Corbin!
Betsy is the rudist person I have meet I took my dog twice the time she said the hair cut was not included and the second time she got upset because I was early she needs to get some customer service classes done
