My dog "Chance" (Shih Tzu) has found his groomer for life. I have not been more satisfied and happy than with my new relationship with the staff at this location. They always go "above and beyond" when it comes to his grooming needs. My little buddy always comes home looking sharp and handsome! I highly recommend this location for all your pets - they will come back looking amazing and so very happy!
Went in short notice, they were able to work me in. Very happy with my experience, the staff were friendly and welcoming of my anxious beagle. I always am a bit nervous myself when leaving my pup with groomers but I didn’t have any complaints. I was told 3 hours when I dropped her off but it took them just under 2 1/2 which I was pleased with. Depending on your dog’s size and temperament it could be different but for a first time customer they treated me and my pup well.
I’ve been going to pups n suds for years, I wouldn’t take my huskies anywhere else! Jessica and the ladies are amazing and also now my shihtzu puppy Prince looks super cute. Thank you all so much!
I didn't want to leave a 1 star but I had to in order to leave a comment. I Will Never EVER go back here. My appointment was at 12 They told me that my dogs would be done by 5. I thought that was WAY to long to be in there kennels. At 510 I called to see if they were done. They said that they would be ready Within THE HOUR. We arrived at 615 my dogs were NOT READY I did not get my dags till almost 730!!!! NEVER AGAIN
At first, I was skeptical and nervous about bringing my 4 month old Golden Retriever here because of some of the bad reviews I read, but I am so happy I did. We had such an amazing experience for our first visit. I highly recommend this place. Everyone was so friendly and gave us and our sweet fur baby prompt attention. Thank you Pups and Suds Grooming for the outstanding service! ❤
On short notice, they allowed me to take my smooth collie in. She still had a slight skunk smell after I bathed her. After they bathed her, she still had a very slight smell, which they acknowledged, when I picked her up. But, it was much, much better. I appreciate allowing to walk in.
Pups N Suds always takes amazing care of our two elderly dogs! (Two small breed dogs.) They are kind, accommodating, and we absolutely trust and appreciate their services! Thank you for being so kind to our dogs!
