Special Care Grooming

This is the only place I trust with my dog's grooming needs. She is 16 years old and they are alway so gentle and loving with her. She leaves her "spa day" looking and smelling so lovely.

Came here in person to schedule an appointment for my buddy Thor. Everyone was super professional and welcoming. When I dropped him off they gave me an estimated time when he’ll be done. Which was spot on to the minute. Thor was smelling fresh and looking good. I’ll be back to drop Thor off for another spa day.

I would say make sure you get a CLEAR price or estimate, because I was quoted $80-$85, & then was charged $100!!!! They don't tell you there's tax & "a facility" charge. Im from Texas out here visiting, & normally pay $60-$65, sometimes if hes matted it goes up to $70-$75 so when they quoted me higher, I agreed BECAUSE of his condition. Mind you, I brought him over so they can examin him first & quote me. Im no groomer, but a hairstylist and I've brushed him & blowed dryed his fur a couple times. He's a good boy. Not aggressive at all. Just moves his little face around when I blow dry his face, & pulls on his little paws when he's uncomfortable. But they wanted to charge me extra because I signed the contract that if he is aggressive its extra! & they said he didn't let them do his paws or was having a hard time when they blow dried him. REALLY that's why it went so high?!? Ridiculous.

We took our new cat who we found extremely matted and the owner and staff were incredible! They took such good care of our cat and made the whole experience amazing. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

What an amazing job! My dog has never been this clean before. They took a lot of time on him. He is a 160lbs big boy and they did great with him. He has really bad separation anxiety and when we picked him just he wanted to go back inside. He made some really good friends. They really cleaned his ears good too! Thank you Special Care!

We took our cat for her first grooming today. Betts was our groomer, and she did an excellent job. Everyone there is very nice. I watched our cat be groomed, and saw other pets being groomed also. They all do an excellent job, and they are great with the pets! I highly recommend them.
