Gia did an amazing job! This may be Winston’s best groom ever. We just moved to the area and I was nervous about finding a new groomer but I am so happy! Will definitely be back.

I’m booking our second appointment, but wanted to share that both of my pups received a full groom here back in May. We moved in April, and being new to the area, I was so grateful for how patient and kind Latanya was. I even asked if she could give David Ruffin a mohawk—just to see how he’d look—and she absolutely delivered, which made the experience even more fun! It’s also a huge plus that this is a minority-owned business. Back in my previous city, it was hard to find anything beyond the big commercial groomers. Internally, the building was immaculate and the setup was awesome—you can even see the back through a huge window, which I loved. As an anxious pet mom, I’m always curious about what’s going on behind the scenes, so that gave me peace of mind. While we did drop them off, I felt completely at ease knowing that she cared for our dogs as if they were her own. It’s also super convenient because their trainer and daycare, Frolick, is just a few buildings down on the same road! Truly amazing. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. They have high ratings for a reason.

I took my 11-year-old Maltese, Marble, to Gia Styles Grooming and I couldn't be more grateful. It had been a long time since his last grooming, and his coat was quite matted. I was really worried because Marble isn't the easiest with clippers, but Gia was incredibly professional, patient, and kind with him. I felt completely at ease leaving him in her care. It’s clear she loves what she does and treats pets with so much heart! Thank you so much for your patience with my little senior guy!

Best grooming experience I have had for my 4 year old dog. Gia cut him exactly the way I wanted. She took under 2 hrs and Marley looked like a show dog by the time I picked him up. I highly recommend Gia. From the first day I talked to her she was attentive, answered all the questions I had and made me feel really confident that my fur baby was in good hands. Please take your pet here, you will not be dissapointed. With there being so many choices in the Alexandria area, it can make it hard to choose and find a good groomer which can be frustrating especially if the service you want is not delivered. With Gia, trust me you will have no worries.Shes a hidden gem, thank you from a forever customer!

Gia is such an amazing groomer! We are so lucky to have found someone who works with our big bernedoodle baby that hates getting groomed. She is so loving to Toby and goes above and beyond to take care of him and keep him looking handsome! I recommend her to anyone in the area who asks for a good groomer! I’ve pictured two different grooms he had below, one is a kennel cut when we wanted him very short and the other is a teddy bear cut when we had his hair a little bit longer!

Gia Styles Grooming did such a great job for Aster’s very first ever grooming! They made us and our puppy feel so incredibly comfortable. We signed up for the puppy introduction, which doesn’t include a full haircut so they don’t overstimulate and scare the puppy for future grooming. I explained that he’s been incredibly hot with the weather this summer and asked if they felt he could tolerate a cut, we would appreciate it if they could cut down his coat. We received a text message saying he was doing great and they were going to go ahead and cut him. When we picked him up, he looked ADORABLE and smelled SOOOOOOOO AMAZING!!! We booked our second appointment on the spot!

Been here a couple times now and both times have been great. My pup does not like to be crated and they got him in and out in less than 1.5 hrs both times—ideal as it means they aren’t doing multiple dogs at once and putting him in and out of a crate. They do a great cut and my dog seems super happy when I pick him up so I’m confident they take great care while in their hands. Highly recommend!!
