Petco Grooming

Christina S did my golden retriever Bennett’s cut today! I was super nervous to bring him to a groomer as I have heard so many horrible stories about bad grooming. But Bennett did so well (even though he doesn’t sit still for long) Christina had the patience and compassion for my boy. He looks wonderful, thank you again!!!

Set up appointment online at last minute and was able to get a decent time. The young ladies were very pleasant and respectful. My grand dog was ready in no time . Much better than other salons.

Do NOT bring your dog here. Not only did the Petco groomer, Talia, roll her eyes and make faces at me when I made a request to cut my dog’s hair short, she also completely butchered his haircut. He had patches all over his body of hair and cuts around his body. He was anxious for a week following the grooming appointment. Not only will I not be bringing my dog to this location anymore, but I will never give Petco my business again. Terrible experience.

Bruno appointment was scheduled Friday, November 29 at 8:00am. However, I was running late. I called the store at 7:55am to inform the store associate. Once I arrived Tierre, was there her energy was not pleasant. She had cancelled the appointment because she didn't know I had called. The message was not communicated to her from the store manager. The way she was questioning me was not professional at all. I guess she assumed I was lying about calling, I showed her the number on my cell phone and, she stated "Yes, this is the correct number" she called the store manager to confirm. She did worked Bruno back into the schedule. I am considering searching for another groomer.
