I walked in last night and asked about hours. There is literally a sign that says "walk in services available." The girl was confused when I asked about their hours and told me they opened at 8am the next day. So, I walked in this morning but the groomers ignored me until one of them looked at me like I was annoying for being there and then proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid as I tried to ask if I could bring my dog in. I’ve never even had my dog groomed here and I will not be going back because of how rude the staff is. It makes me wonder how they would treat my dog.
Fully stocked 5.11 store, with clothing, shoes, coats, and a wide variety of bags. In my opinion, the best quality backpacks and sling bags you'll ever find. You can also buy online and pick up items in the store.
Cs lacking. They come to cancel their customer assistance "need help" button before anyone actually comes to help. Couldn’t return a very obvious PS product without receipt less than a week after purchase. They sacrifice quality because they’re in a prime location for business. Smh
It was my puppy's first haircut. Not sure what happened there but my puppy was traumatized. I highly don't recommend the grooming service. Although, I have to say the customer service was nice.
The salon service is great! Alex does a wonderful job meeting my expectations with grooming Sevyn.
They have a very good selection of pet supplies, I have bird's and they have everything I need.😃
