Petco Grooming

Charlotte had a wonderful time there they did a good job on her and I trust them. and they're all fun loving girls that work there but the girls are really fantastic even though she came home and got filthy jumped in the pool we still had a really wonderful time I will come back again thank u for showing me i can trust again she is a very big big dog and i find it so very hard to find some one to take her .

Awful, this will be my first review on google as I am very dissatisfied with the grooming experience received today. Upon arrival, the manager on duty (Kiersten) was very rude when questioned about how short I can cut my corgis hair. She was short in her answers and acted as if I should have already knew all this information. I left my dog as we had a great experience just 3 months prior. I dropped her off at 910 and was called by 945 to come pick her up because of anxiety which I have never witnessed to be as bad as they described. I went to pick her up and Kiersten waited almost 5 minutes upon seeing me enter to notify the groomer to get my pup. She was then rude when I wanted to take her before she was "completely dry". They refused to blow dry her because of anxiety and I refused to let her continue to sit back in their cages after already being scarred. They only gave me a 10% discount on the bath after not being able to complete the full service offered. Not happy at all and will not be back for future services after today. Do not go to Petco grooming Allen Park

They usually do a good job. I guess this particular stylist was new. My Smoke was not happy 🫣 he wanted nothing to do with me the rest of the day. Here’s a before and after of my Shi poo.

Service was fast and the workers were very nice! They treated my dog with love and patience!

We were nervous to take our dog Pickles for grooming, he can get nervous and a bit over stimulated with new people and other dogs. Much to our delight we came in and were given the thumbs up and he was even giving kisses, this is a big deal for Pickles. They did a great job, his ears were cleaned, he was happy, smelled great and his coat was shiny. It was a great experience!

Great caring staff. They make sure that Ruby is clean and well taken care of. The service is excellent. We love the staff, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
