It was my first experience getting my little Luna groomed at Petbar, and I will definitely be coming back! Brad and Tiffany were very welcoming and reassured me that they would take great care of my dog, and they went above and beyond in doing so! I appreciate that they cut my dog’s hair exactly how I requested, and they kept her lashes long. When we received Luna back, her hair was the softest it has ever been! I am so thankful we found a wonderful place to get Luna’s haircut, and she was very happy as well! I cannot say enough amazing compliments about Petbar Allen!

My experience at Pet Boutique was absolutely terrible, and I want to warn anyone who truly loves their pets. From the very beginning, the groomer told me that my Golden Doodle was going to look ‘like a rat.’ Imagine the level of professionalism of someone who says that to a client. Even the manager who was standing there told her not to talk like that. Despite that inappropriate comment, she assured me that she would try to detangle my dog’s hair before cutting. I trusted her word and left my dog there. To my surprise, she did absolutely nothing that she promised: she didn’t even try to detangle the hair or make an effort to improve her coat. She just shaved her down, and exactly as she said, that’s how I got my poor dog back – shaved and looking awful. Beyond the bad grooming job, what upsets me the most is the lack of respect and love for animals. The way they talk about dogs, the complete lack of empathy, and the careless attitude are unacceptable. Pet Boutique should be a place where pets are cared for and respected, but sadly, in my case, it was the exact opposite. I absolutely do not recommend taking your pets to this place under any circumstances. It is disgusting, they do not treat animals well, and they have no respect or professionalism when speaking to clients. I am extremely disappointed and will never go back.

Best self service dog place around the area I have 4 dogs all sizes from 110 lbs to 10 lbs. Staff are amazing prices are good I've never had issue with them, I would disregard any negative reviews I've been going for years I'll always go back.

This was my first time at Pet Bar & I had such a great experience! The staff was super sweet & helpful. My doodle was nice and clean after all. The products they have are amazing ! Since I have a doodle , he’s super fluffy and has lots of fur, the blow dryer they have is nice and powerful, got the job done. I’d definitely come back & sign up for a membership ! 5 stars ⭐️ they also have this dog cologne that smells SOOOO GOOD !!! 😊

Took my baby to petbar on Wednesday April 9. Went over with Tiffany what was needed. When I picked up Prince I didn’t notice his ears until the next day. He has been cut on both ears and this was not brought up to me when I picked him up. I will no longer be using petbar. Every time we go he has a different groomer they can keep staff. I definitely don’t need to be taking my baby somewhere where they’ll be cutting him and not giving him the proper care.

Today was our first time to use PetBar. I have to say everyone was amazing, so kind and helpful. Our groomer, Tiffany, did an outstanding job on our Goldendoodle. We’re excited to be new clients of PetBar and not taking our business anywhere else! Janice Meadows

The staff were very friendly! Location is clean, and I love that it has little rooms for animals to wait in as opposed to crates like other places use. My dog was finished in 1.5 hours (which for an Alaskan Malamute/Husky/German Shepherd/Wolf mix, that’s iconic timing.) Thank you! I’ll be back for sure.
