Nancy's Lovin Clips

We took my mom's difficult dog to Nancy to groom. He was as good as could be for her. She did a good job. Reasonable prices too.

I had high hopes for this groomer because it was easy to get an appointment and she is very close to me. The place is not very nice or clean, she didn’t groom my dog the way I had asked her too, and when I arrived to pick up my dog, she yelled at a dog she was grooming when he yelped. She didn’t see me there, but I felt so bad for the dog. Absolutely would not take my dog there again.

Spoke with Nancy on the phone she was so nice when I explained my dog has anxiety- yet when I arrived for my appointment she immediately turned me away instead of the "don't worry we know how to handle this" attitude she had on the phone. So disappointed and a complete waste of time! Don’t believe the hype New Customers are Not Welcome.

Unclear what door to enter for grooming and rude service. She had explained to me where to go when I first made the appt, but of course I had forgotten the instructions by the time of the appt. I looked on the website and couldn’t find anything. I looked for signs around the property and still couldn’t figure it out, so I called. She didn’t pick up the phone for nearly a hour later and only after I called four times and left a message. She did not call me back - I had to keep calling. She was extremely rude about the fact that I didn’t know where to go, so much so, that I decided I wouldn’t be sending my dog to her. I was kind to her this entire time as well. Very unprofessional.

It was so easy to get an appointment on short notice, reasonably priced, and she's very knowledgeable. Jim's hair was getting pretty long and he had some mats. He came out looking beautiful and pranced all the way to the car.

Nancy is always so good with our dogs. She's loving and caring and does an excellent job grooming them.

our dog loves Nancy and that's saying a lot, as he isn't the nicest little guy when people try and cut his hair/nails. Never had an issue in 5+ years going here. really reasonably priced with tons of experience.
