C U Pet Grooming

Staff was very nice but heartbroken... I told my pet was a "little damp" still, when I got home, I pet was completely soaked with water dripping. You can tell there was no drying even attempted.. they said they also only have one incubator. I also paid for deep flea treatment which I can was not done. In top of the my senior pet came back with sores on her nose..... Even though they were nice to me I can't 110 say I'm pets were okay.. I was so upset. Any person no is that you would need to be careful what drying pets do to their temperature dropping quickly and to find my that way could have cost her her life.. took multiple towels at home just to dry her and she was already panicking.... They do look clean and I believe they did bathe them but I don't believe the flea treatment was really done... Unfortunately I will not be returning.. their business cards aren't even legit to the facility it's some random persons info .....

I can't say enough good things about this grooming shop! My cat, Lulu, can be a bit on the aggressive side, so I was naturally a little anxious going in. BUT from the moment we arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. They kindly walked me through all the safety steps they take to ensure a calm and secure environment, not just for the cats, but for the humans too! Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. Lulu came out looking great, and to my surprise, she handled it all so well. I left feeling super grateful and optimistic about future visits. If you're nervous about grooming, especially with a feisty feline, I 100% recommend giving this place a try. We’ll definitely be back with Lulu soon!

I paid $220 for a bath and deshed for my 2 large dogs They came back with still damp spots and awful clumps of fur falling off of them They were not brushed at all When I was brushing my german shepherd to finish what they obviously didnt finish, her undercoat was still very wet My other dog had a black dirty spot on his leg that wasn't washed off Worst groom I've ever had done Never coming back

I have a rescue mini pincher who is petrified of anyone touching let alone bathing her but thank you to Rachel and the staff st C U Pet Grooming my fur baby now likes going to get her baths and grooming! I recommend 10/10.

Only place that would do a lion shave on a cat. My furr baby was a rescued mess. He needed his long hair shaved. I dont know how long he was outside and homeless for. They did a very professional job.

I went in today 3/16/24 with my German Shepherd Dog (Toby). As a male GSD I wanted to get him a sanitary trim so he would not have a messy bottom belly when doing his business. I told them no haircut on the top. So to be clear that was a full groom no haircut and a sanitary trim on the bottom. I come back for my dog and he looked like this.(view pictures the 4 first pictures are what he looked like today and the last 2 are before) When I complained they resolved nothing and denied trimming his hair. I know my dog well enough to know when he gets a trim done he is not a long hair so its very obvious. Also putting a slip lead on the hind legs can definitely injure a dog! Connie and a male employee both argued about not cutting his hair and I'm a very reasonable person when it comes to mistakes but this is something that could have been avoided if they listened to me from the beginning I was clear on my instructions and Connie seemed in a very rushed mood. I am highly disappointed with this establishment and will not be returning again. Ive been going here for a year and a half now always leaving tips. I do not recommend coming here if you want a job well done on your pets they do not follow instructions and rush everything! Horrible service. If anyone has a good groomer to refer go ahead and let me know doesn't matter the price just needs to be in the OC area, thank you!

I’ve taken my dog here two times. I have a large dog. And unfortunately, some groomers will look at a large dog and become intimidated. I’m writing this review because these have been my observations. Both times that I’ve taken my dog to this groomer. My dog has always come back to me, loopy. Meaning, it always seems like she’s been drugged or given some type of calming agent that has not been approved by me. Again, these are my observations. I’ve taken my dog too many other groomers, and she never behaves that way elsewhere. After she left this groomer, she moved slowly, had diarrhea and was very sleepy for at least two days after. This groomer does a really good job as far as the grooming part of it. But I believe that they are giving my dog possible melatonin chewies Without my consent. My dog is naturally calm. She doesn’t bark at anyone. And she’s also a service dog. So therefore she’s very well behaved. Again, this is not to say that this groomer does not do a good job because they do on the grooming aspect, but, please be aware that your Animal may come back loopy if you have a large dog.
