Xena my Australian Shepherd gets her baths here and her toe nail trimmed-which isn’t her favorite thing. But it is ALWAYS a very awesome experience for both of us!!! Highly recommend ❤️

Took my golden today for a full groom! Nikki did a great job, my Millie had a couple bad spots behind her ears and she did a great job getting them tamed! The only Reason I didn’t give 5 ⭐️ was location. Busy especially on a football Saturday Also I feel the dogs should be groomed in back of store , I was a nervous mom no doubt!

Best place ever!! We helped a friend in crisis and took his dog temporarily. The dog was dirty and smelly and dog Omat staff were so kind and caring and helpful and helped me get this guy sparkling and fresh!! So very very grateful.

my dog oscar is always dirty and ugly looking. i took him to dog o mat and they made him so beautiful, i finally didn’t want to cry when i looked at him anymore. AND it was cheap AND they gave him special non-shedding shampoo which helped him stop getting dog hair on the downstairs toilet seat. still not sure how he does that.

Our dog has been fired from PetSmart. This place is much cheaper than PetSmart. They did a great job. It did take 2 days but they didn't charge us for the second day. My wife got to be in the room and help if needed to try to ease our dog's anxiety. We will be returning.

I have been here twice. Both times were great. I opted for self service. Doggie shampoo, conditioner, and no-tears face wash were all provided, as well as ear cleaner....cotton balls, towels, etc. After a nice warm shower in the doggie bathtub, it's over to the drying station, with a lovely high powered blow dryer (with heat) for sigs. I spent 30-45 minutes here washing and grooming my 90lb lab. The best part? The hair doesn't go down my drain at home. Staff is great. Helpful to first time visitors too.

I’m extremely disappointed and upset after bringing my dog here for grooming. He came home with a severely irritated and crusty ear, which looks painful and possibly infected (photo attached). This did not exist before the appointment. No one said anything at pickup, and now I have to take him to the vet. This is completely unacceptable. It shows lack of care, poor handling, or unsanitary grooming practices. I will never bring my pet back here, and I urge other pet owners to be very cautious. Follow up: On July 5, I left a review after my Bernese Mountain Dog, Sam, came home from Dog-O-Mat with severe trauma under both ears following grooming. This is a formal update and refund request. Sam had to be rushed to Lifeline Veterinary Urgent Care, where he was diagnosed with acute dermatitis (skin infection) caused by improper grooming. He required immediate treatment, including antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and antiseptic care. 📸 I’ve attached clear images of the injuries and the official discharge note from the vet. I am respectfully requesting a full refund for: • The original grooming service • The emergency veterinary expenses that directly resulted from the procedure No one from the business has returned my calls or acknowledged the situation. The silence is disappointing and unacceptable given the pain and cost this caused. I’m sharing this to urge transparency and protect other pet owners. If Dog-O-Mat wishes to resolve this, I welcome contact to address the damages.
