PetSmart Grooming

My husband took our husky here on Friday to get groomed and have his nails trimmed. I am incredibly disappointed in the groomer’s work. When I got home from work Friday night, my dog’s head still smelled and his neck was still damp. Upon petting him, a lot of hair began to come off. I just brushed him today, Sunday, and a ridiculous amount of hair is coming off of him. He was in & out of there in less than two hours. There’s no way he would be shedding this much if he was thoroughly brushed barely 2 days ago. $100 + a $30 tip wasted… I will not be bringing my dog back here and do NOT recommend you to either, especially if you have a husky.

This has to be the worst managed shop I have ever been to. Previously they were always short on employees in the grooming dept so someone had a bright idea to hire anyone who applied. The groomers are all inexperienced except for a couple of really good ones and the staff they have to help with check-ins are incompetent and downright rude. I have tried on several occasions to give them a chance but this last nail grind was my last straw. When I am treated so badly by an 18yr receptionist, their passive aggressive attitude had me shaking and almost in tears when I left, there is no reason to ever give them another chance.
