Bark Bath & Beyond Pet Grooming

My senior dog hates getting her nails trimmed. She squeals and squirms when I try so this time I brought her in and Austin did an excellent job! He was calm and super patient with her and she didn't make a peep the whole time. Great service!

I wish there was an option to not rate any stars for this establishment. Not only did they cause physical harm to my sister’s dog but they wouldn’t even take accountability for it. I called and spoke with the manager and was told that this happens all the time. What do you mean it happens all the time? Cutting a dog’s nails should NOT result in bleeding for 2-3 days. It was so bad we had to take our dog to his vet to get him checked. Definitely would NOT recommend this place.

Employees are very nice and friendly but if you are grooming a young dog under a year I do not suggest this groomer. Twice now I’ve paid a hundred dollars for a bath, brush, and nail trim but no cut. I ask for and paid for the full grooming. Apparently they are not trained and not have experience required for young dogs. Being summer time I’ll have to another 100 bucks or so somewhere else to actually get a haircut, not to mention the time and arrangements it requires to make that happen. I’m sure they are great for older more experienced dogs but for the young ones don’t waste your money here.

Our little dog is a 6 pound Chihuahua. They called this a spa day and quoted that this appointment will cost $135. About 20 minutes before arriving they texted me saying that the new cost needed to be $175 plus $40 mobile service. Nothing was said about this before. They said that the $135 did not include a hair cut. After arguing with them, a lot, they decided to charge me the original $135. They also said that I could not do business with them again. After my complaints, why would I. I also set up an appointment with Pet Smart for about $80. Don’t do business with Bark Bus!!!!!

Could not be more pleased with my experience at bark Bath and beyond. Austin did an exceptional job, grooming, my Morky pup and the owner, Cindy, was such a delight. From here on out, this will definitely be my groomer of choice and I would highly recommend there services to anyone else. Thanks so much for an excellent experience, Cindy and Austin!

Took my dog in. Was told he'd get a bath, brush out, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, teeth brushed. For $80 + tax ($86 + tip?) I get my dog home he smells great, nails loook good but he is shaking hair all over the house. If he was brushed out and bathed there shouldn't be that much hair. They told me 2 to 3 hours till he was done they called after 1 hour 15 min. .......and apparently all I got for my $86 + tip was a bath and nail trim. I will not return. They never answer the phone, when I called to get justification on why my dog was shedding they didn't answer nor did they call me back. Called agaim the next day at 9 wh n they op med and again no answer and as of 11:30a they still haven't called back. Must be a scam operation to charge somebody that much do have the job your quoted and then refuse to call the customer back and explain. Next time I'll go to PetSmart who sucks but they do twice the work for half the price.

Made appointment 1 week in advance. We have brought our YorkiePoo here several times and all times have been good. This time we dropped him off at the appointed time and told it would take 3 hours. We finally arrived 4 hours later and we were informed he was not done! Our dog is 16 years old and has been groomed at least 3 times a year. I demanded the groomer give the dog to me now, he looked no different than when I brought him in. This visit his nails got trimmed, bathed (with his harness on) and nothing more, in 4 hours. I was charged $75 for this. It's your decision but I will not return here again. Poor service, extremely high prices and poor scheduling. My advise, find another groomer, I am.
