Carlene is a super dog groomer. Not only is her attention to detailed absolutely amazing, but the compassion and kind demeanor towards my pet was spectacular. after the grooming, my dog almost did not want to leave because he not only enjoyed the feeling of his amazing cut, but enjoyed the attention and care Carlene showed to him! it is very rare to find such a great groomer who also is so skilled and experienced with handling dogs of all temperaments. She should be called the dog whisperer. Aside from her craftsmanship her ability to bond with the fur babies is unparalleled. I would give 10 stars if possible!

We have been bringing our pets to Fur Babies for years and will never go to anyone else!!! From our senior dogs to new puppies, all different breeds and sizes, they always treat us and our animals with kindness and respect. I recommend them to everyone, they are the best!!!!

This place is the best. They treat my Furbabies and myself like family. Dogs are happy well treated, looking their best everytime. Very communicative and timely. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Ive been taking my German Shepard "Cooper" to fur babies for 2 years now. Ive been to other groomers with him and by far fur babies is the best. He looks like he's ready for the dog show when I pick him up. My thanks to Carlene for the attention to detail and seeing how well her and Cooper get along. 5 stars 🌟

I had been taking my babies to Fur Babies Faithfully for years. Last year would have given 5 stars when Dani was the owner, Since new owner took over care and grooming for dogs has declined. Was told, "we don't hand shear dogs. Good luck finding anyone in the high desert who does." With the worst condescending attitude after I voiced my concern that my Pomsky was shaved down too low and should not be shaved and should be hand sheared like she had always been the past 3 years she had been going there, especially in summer. My request was met with eye rolls, attitude, and dirty looks. I had never been treated so horribly at fur babies before. And this response was by the new owner and the new staff she hired. They just want to use trimmers and push dogs out as quickly as possible. In five minutes I was able to locate 6 groomers who hand sheared in the high desert and found an amazing new groomer for my pomskys.

Great job, as always. The puppies always look so good afterwards. Chelsea is the best, all our pups love going to see her, I mention the salon and they go bonkers. Everyone on staff is amazing, very friendly, and always explains if there ever is a issue.

I’m visiting here from out-of-state and had recommendation for this salon. Amazingly friendly and accommodating! My fur baby treated like the queen she is and left BEAUTIFUL! Thanks, Chelsea! We will be returning, as we are in town until May. ❤️🐾
