Shiny Dog Dog Wash

I used to come here and I loved it. Was always clean and everything was full. Now no shampoo was filled besides 1. Dog hair was everywhere. It flooded during the dog wash and got my socks and shoes soaked. Definitely didnt seem like it has been cleaned for a while. Kinda disappointed.

There was no shampoo or conditioner! It was a literal waste of money. Probably won't be back because you don't know it doesn't have shampoo/conditioner until you have already paid.

Well, Been Bringing Abby-Girl to Shiny Dog Dog wash since the first time with Angella years ago, Abby does really well here, Your in your own room with your pet so it's more private and Abby likes that, She goes in looking like a Black Lab and comes out looking like a Fluffy poodle, Shiny and clean and she smells FRESH, Thank you Shiny , 😉

This place was a mess. Tried to give my dog a shampoo but no shampoo came out. Basically was just able to run warm water over my dog and then use the dryer to dry him off. There is a $10.00 minimum which I would be ok with if it actually works. We were in and out in 5 minutes due to the messy sinks and only warm water. Worst part I checked my banking info from my debit card and was charged $20.00 even though I shut down the wash at $5.00 and readout said it would stop at $10.00 minimum which it did.

Brought my dog for an oatmeal shampoo on 11/03/24. Neither left & right dog wash room credit card reader was working. No Attendent on duty to report this. No way to get change for a $20.00 (thank goodness for Burger King proximity for change). Also cleaning tables had excessive dog hair and needed cleaning (by non-present Attendent). Left voicemail, no returned call. Owner needs to get facility back on track.

Brought dog there over the weekend. Only one wash was working and the other side was out of all shampoo and conditioner. So basically paid $10.for a water rinse. I called and left a message, with no return call back. Great concept if maintained.

It was nice to get my dog in and washed. I thought the website said there were dryers which I couldn't find. Deodorant/colognes didnt seem to work. Water was warm to hot which was great on a freezing day. This was our first time. Next time we'll bring our own shampoos and towels since nothing seemed available unless you had additional quarters.
