Andrea's Pet Spaw

I cannot say enough amazing things about Andreas Pet Spaw and the care they gave my dog, Rocco. He is unfortunately a bit aggressive when it comes to other people handling him. Because of the time of the year he came in extremely matted, and I was honestly worried about how stressful the grooming process would be for him. But the team treated him with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism from start to finish. When I picked Rocco up, not only did he look incredible, but he also seemed calm, comfortable, and genuinely well cared for. You can tell they truly love animals and take pride in what they do. They handled a difficult grooming situation with compassion instead of judgment, and that meant a lot to me. Rocco came home looking like a brand new dog, soft, clean, happy, and strutting around like he just walked out of a celebrity makeover show. The transformation was unbelievable. Thank you to everyone at Andreas Pet Spaw for taking such wonderful care of my boy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for groomers who are skilled, patient, and truly care about pets like family.

Andrea is amazing and I know she takes her time to make sure my dog is calm and relaxed through the process. He is actually so excited to go into the salon every month!

We've been bringing our dogs here for a few years. One of them recently passed away and the staff and Andrea were so kind and empathetic. They really do a great job. Here is a photo of our dogs 🙂 I should mention, both are seniors, 1 is deaf and the other is blind. Andrea and her team take their time cleaning and keeping them comfortable. Awful Unprofessional from start to finish. They called asking us to come early because they wanted to get out sooner on a sunny afternoon. We accommodated their request and showed up 90 minutes early, only to be told to leave and come back 3–4 hours later for a bath. Not grooming, not nails—just a bath. The real eye-opener was the condition of the facility. The entrance and lobby were filthy. If that’s what customers see, I can only wonder what the areas behind closed doors look like. We left feeling relieved that our dog wasn’t staying there.

Best dog groomer I’ve ever taken my dog to. They make both of us feel like family. For as busy as they get, they still find time for everyone and will do their best to squeeze your dog in on short notice if necessary. Do yourself and your pooch a favor and make sure you take them to Andrea’s!!

Tyler and the rest of the staff are awesome! They are the first groomers my doggie, Candy, isn't afraid off. They always take care of her 100% and 365 degrees. It's been over 2 years now I switched to them and never looked back! Higly recommend! They use good and natural products too. She smells so good after every session! They are just perfect for the needs of our little snuggler girl!
