I won't take my dogs anywhere else. They are cared for like they are their personal pet! If you aren't taking your dog here you should try them! Billie is an incredible shop owner with an incredible amount of humility, kindness and passion for pet care! Brandi is who one of our dogs is groomed by and is incredible with our Grace! She has boundless patience for all of her shenanigans! Thank you Bow Wow Billie's !!! Customers for life!

You cannot find a better establishment that exemplifies kindnesses and attention to detail when it comes to your animals. My pooch has anxiety issues but owner/operator Billie & her staff create such a welcoming environment for their furry clients, that our dog gets excited to go for her monthly wash/trim. Highly recommend!

3 words: Quality, integrity, care Going through these reviews you can see clearly that not everyone should be pet owners. People thinking a dog biting the groomer is acceptable and then blaming the groomer for your dogs behavior🤦‍♂️ idiots your lucky animal services wasn’t contacted! Having said that I brought a rescued shih zhu who was HEAVILY matted. Billies was upfront and honest about charges for matting (although I expected this, not sure how someone wouldn’t know that) not only that but they worked with me on pick up times as I had a conflicting schedule. If you want someone honest who you can trust, and who does an amazing job go here. If not consider rehoming your pet because they deserve better.

My dog had his first groom session here today. The whole experience was amazing. Pup was a little nervous when I left him and happy when I picked him up. All dog parents know how much it means for your pet to be happy when you pick them up. You know if and when your pet isn’t having a good time. Thank you for great service and putting my mind at ease. Thank you so much Brandy for doing an amazing job on Oreo! He looks great and was super happy! We've had so many bad experiences and he's been traumatized by them. It's a nice change for him to be done correctly and be happy ❤️ Their prices are very affordable and they communicated everything beforehand. They also have a clean and inviting shop. They give you a report card to show how your furbaby does and you can see how they improve over time. I'm so glad we were referred to them and so is our Oreo!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Bow Wow Billie's, best animal people ever! My Bonnie girl (very anxious pitty and looks scary but is a princess) has never been able to go to a groomer and needs to have tramadol at home (doctors orders) before every vet visit and they muzzle her in the car to take her back! Mel and Billie showed up, said hello to her, got her leashed up and she sat right down for them! She knew she was in great hands. Bandit does not like his paws touched but watching Bonnie he relaxed and both were done in less than 5 min!!! Thank you both I'll be having y'all do their trims on a monthly and hopefully start taking them to the shop. (My anxiety gets the best of me too)

I highly recommend Bow Wow Billies! Their prices are affordable and they do a great job! This was my first time here and the results were amazing! I tried taking my puppy to petsmart and they turned him down due to him being on a sedative (trazadone). (Mind you my puppy isn’t bad like trying to bite, he’s just wiggly and uncooperative. I then called them that same day and asked if they took in dogs needing sedatives, which they responded yes as long as they’re not falling asleep. So I set up an appointment for the next available opening. Once I got there I was greeted by a really nice lady and off my puppy went. Once I picked him up I was in shock on the amazing job they did on him! I will be coming back and bringing both my babies here! ☺️ 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you so much!! 🥰🥰🥰
