The Muddy Mutt

I have been coming here to The Muddy Mutt for 6 months now, and they are just so wonderful. My pup is always so happy leaving there. They even gave him a special treat bag during his birthday, which we happen to be in for grooming. Staff is friendly and groomers are always so nice! Special shoutout to Christa for doing a fantastic job and so Tenative and follow-ups! She truly is so passionate about dogs and her job! Highly recommend 10 out of 10!

Came to wash my dog. I typically go to a different place but was time restricted and needed somewhere fast. $18 for self service was great. The place was clean. The tools they leave for you to use had hair in them. Wasn’t too concerning considering my dog sniffs trash cans, but I thought it would be nice to sanitize them in between washes. Their bathroom was out of order which I found frustrating as it’s already hard enough finding somewhere to use the restroom these days let alone with a 75 lbs dog. I would come again tho

I have been bringing my dog for walk-in services several months now. I understand we are "walk-in" but this last time, two weeks, ago I am pretty sure it wasn’t even a "groomer" that completed the services. She was chopped up and already needs corrections. I paid for feet, fanny, and nails. The only thing done correctly was her nails. Her paws were not rounded out, her fur between paw pads look horrendous, and "Fanny" was not groomed correctly compared to our previous experience. The first time we went… they didn’t even ask my dogs name. I guess in the future I will have to call ahead of time and ask if an actual groomer is available, not the front desk clerk.

I few visits were pleasant with the bather. But the front desk and management are awful. If you have any doodle mix, steer full clear. Staff assumes any knot is a mat. They tried to take my unbrushed doodle and take a comb thru it, and deemed significant matted. She’s a doodle they cord and are very curly. I brought my dog to a actual grooming salon and they had no problem. Steer clear unless you have a non doodle, a non curly hair dog, and ability to deal with their attitudes for doing the service they get paid to do.

I had such a great experience at this pet grooming salon! The workers are incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable leaving my pet in their care. What stood out the most was the excellent communication between the groomer and me, they took the time to ask questions, listen to my requests, and keep me updated throughout the process. My pet came out looking amazing, and I really appreciated how attentive and professional the staff were. I’ll definitely be coming back!!!

Was originally at Pet Smart but was not a consistently happy customer so we heard about this place and they are opposite in many ways. It works as it should. Drop of the pet, they tell you a normal timeframe (ours was 1-1.5 hours and he’ll be ready for pick up) I was surprised as we’re used to hearing 3+ hours. Our pet looks great and we didn’t have to give any details on expectations for the haircut. We took a chance, dropped him off; and now we’re happy and permanent customers.

I had such a great experience at the muddy mutt! the employees were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. my dog was nervous and really didnt want to come inside, but the staff immediately stepped in and gently carried him straight to the tub, and made him feel comfortable. They spoiled him with treats and gave him lots of love, which really put him at ease. I truly appreciate how patient and caring they were- it made the whole process so much easier for both me and my pup. highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a grooming salon/ self wash that genuinely cares for your pets!
