PetSmart Grooming

I just wanted to give a shout out to Isabella for the excellent job she did on our miniature schnauzer, Luna, today. Luna is almost 18 years old and anxious. And Isabella did a great job making her look cute again. We know it wasn't an easy groom. And we appreciate her!

Lizzie Martin did an outstanding groom in my Aussie, Casper. She went above and beyond. I have not had much luck with past groomers and he looked PERFECT!!!! She is amazing and so talented. Thank you for getting Casper and I through the winter.

Just because they are busy and overwhelmed, they used a history of stable mild heart murmur as a reason to cancel appointment 1hr before . My dog has gone there for years and has never had a medical emergency secondary to a heart murmur. I’m a physician and therefore familiar with CV system. His veterinarian has never stated that he is not stable enough for grooming services. The fact that the personnel was upset with my questioning and said I should take him to a vet groomer for future services is unprofessional and shows lack of empathy and regulation on her part.

You actually have the audacity to ban me from making an appointment because you gave my dog a horrible haircut and put a bunch of lies in my dogs profile to justify the blocking? Bad decision. This doesn't end here by any means ASHLEY. BOTH you and your buddy the store manager that encourages your bad behavior and your mean treatment of clients and their dogs are in big trouble. You are a horrible groomer that attempts to hide your inability to do your job by trying to sound intelligent and well versed in all things dog grooming. It's pathetic and as i said, this does not end here.

Had our standard poodle washed and brushed. He is looking good.
