Sky came out looking exactly how I wanted. He has some anxiety and the groomer took great care of him after I explained all his issues. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the perfect trim to the fresh smell and soft coat. Will definitely recommend this place and the services.

I’m glad I found this place! They not only listen to the hairstyle you want, but will call and let you know that there are mats and areas that need to go shorter. Other places I’ve gone will just shave my dog or charge me extra for the dogs temperament or matting without a warning. This place communicates and does not overcharge. Amanda is great and I will be coming back!

I have been taking my mini labradoodle, Nilo, to get groomed by Simyn for over a year now. I have to say, Simyn is the best out of 3 different groomers that I have taken Nilo to in the area. I have a list of what I want from the groomer and Simyn does an amazing job checking off every request on the list. Only downside about this place is they keep Nilo in the crate after grooming but that’s for Nilo’s safety so I just try to go get Nilo right when they tell me Nilo’s ready for pickup. Also, Nilo never looks back when he’s going into the place, so that’s always a good sign! I would highly recommend this place!

They did a wonderful job on my nervous Aussie she came home looking beautiful, soft and smelling great. I can't wait to take my Shelties there.

Fantastic grooming experience, for my puppers!! Symon is ChrisP’s favorite expert stylist! He is always kind to my pup; giving him time outside the kennel and plenty of affection. We joke our dog wants to go home with him. In all honesty, if given the chance, we KNOW our pup would leave us in heartbeat for Symon!

I am beyond upset with this place. This is not the first time I have brought my pup in for grooming but it will be the last. When I walked in they didn’t bring my pup out right away like they usually do. The two employees that were not grooming my pup came out and told me that the woman had cut my pups tongue and she needed to clean him up. They said that he was okay and acted like it was no big deal and they had no idea how this could happen because my pup always does so good. The woman finally came out from the back then had to blow dry my pup again after cleaning up the blood off his face. While I stood waiting one of employees was making my situation worst by talking about herself and a bunch of other none sense, the longer I stood there the more upset and emotional I got, I just wanted to get my pup out of there and this girl was making it worst! When the woman finally brought my pup out to me she tried showing me my pups tongue and was making excuses to how it happened, I then expressed to the woman that I understood what happened was an accident but that I was still upset rightfully so about the whole situation and that fact that it happened at all and that she didn’t need to make excuses for her actions as it’s her job to care for the well being of my pup while he’s in her care and she stated that she had groomed him before so I really couldn’t understand how she could be so careless with him. The woman proceeded to make more excuses as to how/why it happened and even tried to blame my pup and then me for him sticking his tongue out at one point.(HELLO HE’S A DOG HE’S GONNA STICK HIS TONGUE OUT!) I could not believe this woman during this whole interaction and through ALL the excuses not one person there APOLOGIZED or did anything to try to make it right. The woman was extremely rude and unsympathetic to the whole situation then charged me full price and walked away like nothing. The photos I’m posting were taken less than 10 minutes after leaving that place and I later realized that he had small cuts and red marks on his stomach and near his private parts and his testicles look like he has a rash he can’t stop licking the areas as it’s probably irritating him and hurts. On top of it all his cut was terribly and had patches where it looked like she shaved him for no reason and the over all cut was uneven. Worst experience ever.
