Petco Grooming

I am always pleased with Petco grooming! My dog Odie has gone through more then a few groomers. They have all treated Odie like gold.Odie is a senior dog so he needs to be handled with care! Odie's most recent visit was extraordinary. I needed to purchase some supplies for Odie and Stonewall was very helpful. He assisted me in finding the right fit for Odie. I noticed that Odie is so loved by all the Petco staff. I love feeling at home when I shop Petco. Keep up the amazing work Petco!

Stonewall is the BEST!!! He is my favorite groomer for my pup! He’s very detailed, understanding and has dynamic people skills! Petco is lucky to have him, because I ve had several Groomers who were not in his league at all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I took my Yorkie to Petco for grooming, and they did a great job! He’s a tiny guy with a big personality, so I appreciate that the groomers were patient and gentle with him. His haircut was exactly what I asked for—neat, even, and adorable! They also made sure to trim his nails and clean his ears without stressing him out. The staff was friendly, and the appointment was on time, which is always a plus. I’ll definitely be bringing him back! Highly recommend for small dog owners looking for a reliable groomer.

Wish I would not have gone my dogs were growling which they have never done then the grooming took extra long and the dogs came back extra sad and almost sick like for a couple days. To top it all off the staff could not find shot records done by the co company located inside and worst part I paid a lot for uncut nails and unbalmed palms which I was told by an employee that they will no longer offer ! Do not bring your babies here!!’

Stonewall is such a great groomer!! My pup is a 7 month old doodle and this was his first professional session. I am so pleased with how my little guy came out - especially on a first visit. Stonewall was very patient and comforting even as we were walking in to make sure my puppy was excited to be there. When I picked him up, he was still having a grand time, he loved his trip in. My parents are now bringing in their doodle from another location. ***We brush our guy out very often!! Don’t expect a longer cut on a matted dog…. prepare yourself for a bald eagle.*** Side Note: Another person mentioned the materials fee, I didn’t appreciate it either. It’s excessive when it should be included in the service, seems underhanded.

My dog wasn’t completely brushed, he had a ketchup clump on his paw that was broken up and not completely combed as well as his damp head. The hair dried and it was very curly, a different pattern from his torso that was blown out. I called to make a complaint my number was taken and no one ever reached back out. This was a rushed process, the groomer told me upon arrival she was hoping I’d come in earlier than the appointment so that confirmed. I won’t be back and I’ve been coming to pet to 5 years.
