Petco Grooming

Will never be using Irontron Petco grooming again. Oreo used to do an amazing job, which is why we stuck with this location for so long. The one time we weren't able to use Oreo though it was an awful experience. They kept our dog for over 4 hours, never giving us a call that things might be delayed, and when we showed up to ask for updates they said "sorry we were just going to call you" (like we believed that) "and your dog is bathed but we haven't done the cut yet. We need another hour and a half to finish". Our dog was in their kennel for over four hours, traumatized, with NO water. We were absolutely not giving them any more time. Our dog came home panting and exhausted. -100/10. Will never use again.

I take my dog to be groomed at Petco in the Gardens on Havana. I had taken him there, was not happy and switched to a private groomer. When I couldn't get my dog in there, I went back to PetCo and found Oreo. She is good with my dog and does a great job with my BernieDoodle. She is great

Both groomers did an excellent job trimming my dogs’ nails. One of my babies is very fearful, and she calmed him down and trimmed and buffed both dogs’ nails really well. They also gave me happy hour pricing, which really helped my budget!

Oreo has done a fantastic job for years. She’s my favorite groomer and has been for years but more importantly my dog loves her! She gets so excited to see her! That says it all to me.

Jackie is talented, kind and gentle with Gracie. This was her first trip there and seemed happy and calm when I went to pick her up. We plan to come back.

Chica loves working with Oreo! Oreo always makes sure that Chica looks good and smells good. Oreo has definitely perfected her craft as a groomer. Appreciate her.

At the time of this photo (5 months ago) there was groomer named Zion I believe. She was absolutely amazing! Always put a bow and left my dogs eyelashes every time I went. Very attentive to detail, kind, and my dog LOVED her. She has since moved over to Aurora pet grooming so if you are looking for someone good I would highly recommend going there. Fast forward to now, (8/15/21) since she left, my appointments are always rescheduled after I set one and now I just called and my appointment wasn’t even in the schedule. I would say if you are looking for convenience go to Petco but now I would suggest looking in to other grooming store options or grooming your dog yourself.
