Dirty Dog Grooming + Self-serve Dogwash + Daycare + Boarding

After searching all over town for a self service dog wash at a major company that falsely advertised, the service at this place was like a breath of fresh air. The ladies were kind courteous and extremely helpfull. Not to mention the pricing was reasonable. I would definetly recommended it to anybody comming to Austin and that's in the vacinity.

I was charged $40 to self wash my dog, plus a surprise table fee I never agreed to. I brought my own clippers and asked not to use the table. They charged me for it anyway. When I asked why they didn’t warn me about the fee, they admitted they should have. They still charged me the full amount. Go somewhere that tells you the price before they charge you and doesn’t do surprise billing.

We cannot say enough good things about the Dirty Dog Mesa location. It gave us great peace of mind that every time we dropped off Shack he was scratching at the door and his tail was wagging to see his canine friends and the fantastic Dirty Dog team. Thank you for making him feel at home, especially on his birthday!

Really great experience - needed short-notice help boarding our dog for the day because of a scheduling issue with roof work, and they were able to help us out. Made the day and week a lot easier for us!

I really like this place. Clean, convenient, friendly staff. I dropped off Baby Bear a couple of times for grooming and they did an amazing job. Did the self-service wash for the first time and realized how easy it was! Bought a 5 pack. I am also going to use this place for boarding when I travel! Keep up the amazing work!

Dirty Dog did such a wonderful job grooming our Pyrenees and she looks fantastic. She was not an easy client because she had some impacted fur from her undercoat and she needed a full bath and trim. The people at Dirty Dog are always so nice and friendly.

What a time to live in, a self dog wash business! When we had an apartment we toiled take our pup here instead of making the bathroom all dirty. They have tubs for you to put your dog in and supply the shampoo and conditioner and dryers for about $20.
