Great Paws Pet Grooming

Amazing experience at Great Paws Pet Grooming! This was my dog’s very first haircut in Austin after moving here from Houston, TX, and I was a little nervous—but from booking to pickup, everything was absolutely exceptional. The communication, professionalism, and genuine care they showed my dog while he was being groomed really stood out. I felt completely confident leaving him in their hands, and the results speak for themselves—just look at my baby’s before and after photos, he looks like a whole new man lol! If you come across this groomer, don’t second guess it—just bring your pet. The service is top-tier, and you won’t be disappointed. I will definitely be returning!

Great Paws always does such an amazing job with our Husky and corgi. They go in for routine baths, get their paw pads shaved, anal glad expression, and walk out really happy and ADORABLE. We know it’s time for the husky’s salon appointment when he’s dropping literal chunks of hair all over the house - so after a visit with Great Paws the shedding in the house is reduced by like 80-90%. It’s a gigantic difference. They both smell SO GOOD after their visit too ☺️ the corgi is very skittish around other dogs but she must feel very at peace with GP because she’s never had any problems there. I’d highly recommend GP to literally anyone with dogs.

I’ve been waiting to get a few pictures of my pet for a review. They do a great job every time and my girl (nervous around face and feet) always comes home happy and relaxed. They’re so patient and their passion shows in their work ethic, I couldn’t recommend them more!!

Absolutely awesome groomer! We brought our Great Dane mix in and they did a beautiful job with him. He has never felt softer, his toenails look amazing, and he was happy at pick-up and clearly not stressed at all. They were so kind and did such a great job. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back. Otis says thank you!

Great Paws is AMAZING!!!! We've been bringing our husky, Ryder, for a couple years and he always leaves defluffed & so happy. They are amazing with Ryder and are incredible about dealing with the snow globe effect of him blowing out his coat every 6 months. They have saved our sanity! I cannot say enough good things about Great Paws; I am just so grateful for such wonderful people & the services they offer. WE LOVE ALISON & GREAT PAWS! Including before and after pics of Ryder.

I am so very satisfied with the service here! I totally recommend taking your fur baby here. Allison is so easy to work with, she's compassionate & makes our Lola feel comfortable. I took her one time & for some reason I didnt go back for a while, not sure if it was because at the time my original groomer wasn't available. Anyway, she did such a good job with her. Lola was happy & well groomed. Recently Lola had gotten very fiesty with her other groomer, he told me not to bring her back, I took her to 3 more other groomers and they could not work with her either. Today I took her to Great Paws Groomer and she allowed the groomer to bathe her & cut her hair. She was so good with them. I was so happy to finally see her clean cut! You've got to try this place out. It is located in a weird area but its fine, its safe. I'm forever grateful for their patience. And will be taking my Lola there from now on. Thank you Allison!!!
