Nora did an amazing job. It was a special case as our Dog recently had leg surgery. So he was nervous around that area. He was also irregularly shaved due to the surgery. Nora brought the Dog grooming straight to us, and it was an enjoyable experience. Super fast, super clean, and she taught us a lot too as she was a vet tech before. We definitely plan on using her services recurring moving forward. Great price, great communication, clearly the best grooming service in Austin.

Nora is the absolute best! She always does as awesome job and her prices are very fair. Peach is way less anxious being groomed in the comfort of our home vs a traditional groomer.

Nora has been our groomer for many years. She by far is the only person I trust with my dogs because she CARES. I can tell by my dog’s reaction when seeing her; they are beyond excited to see her when she arrives and always greet her with kisses. She knows the dog’s personalities, she takes time to work with their anxiety and always makes sure that the dog is comfortable before doing anything, rather than forcing the dog to take a bath. I have even heard her talking to the dogs, praising them for being brave, and being aware of when they become anxious and comforting them through the process. Nora goes above and beyond to meet my style requests (even if they seem impossible), she somehow always makes it work. The dogs come out feeling happy, fresh, with an ADORABLE bandana that matches the season or holiday, and most importantly LOVED. You can't replace Nora. If you are looking for THE best groomer (and I am a very picky overprotective dog mama), Nora is the one to trust. She is honest, caring, respectful, and trustworthy.

Nora just finished grooming our two elderly shih tzus and I could not be happier with the experience! At their age, going to a groomer was just too stressful, so Nora’s in home service was perfect. She was really great with both dogs and they were super relaxed the entire time. The haircuts are also some of the best they have had in years! We are absolutely converted from traditional grooming salons and will gladly call Nora from now on.

Nora has been grooming JJ for almost 3 years - it’s always perfect! I love the convenience of Nora coming to my home but what I love the most is that it’s less stress for my little senior dog. Nora is always professional, on time, very pleasant and brings everything she needs with her.

Nora was comforting, kind and patient with my Rudy & Phoebe. We ALL had a stress free experience at home. We are looking forward to having her come and groom our dogs again. Totally recommend Nora!
