Katy's Grooming

Katy is a top notch groomer. I love how my dogs look when done. When she moved to her current location my drive time doubled. Well, she’s worth it y’all. If you’re looking for a groomer, a good groomer that loves her job, loves dogs, expresses anal glands and does all the things- you want Katy. Big dogs or small, she grooms them all. Seriously- there’s a reason she’s so busy. It’s because all her customers love her, both the dogs and the humans.

Took my two dogs in for a nail trim. They absolutely won’t let us near their paws at home and totally freak out when we try to cut their nails. I don’t know what kind of magic powers Katy has, but both dogs let her trim their nails without a fuss—and she did an amazing job! So grateful we found someone they trust.

I take my senior cat to Katy's when she's got some matting that needs to be removed. Katy always does a great job - the cut is great and my cat's fur is so soft and clean. My cat will act years younger when she gets home, and I can tell she is treated well while she's with Katy because she doesn't put up a fight going back! I can tell that Katy truly loves animals and must have a special way with them because she always tells me that my cat purred the whole time she was being groomed. I highly recommend Katy for your grooming needs!

This was the first time I've taken any dog I've owned to get groomed, but my Aussie mix needed a haircut (especially by his hind legs). He came back looking so handsome! She cut just enough in all the right places. I was afraid that she might take off too much or too little, but I have to say it was done perfectly. While I was there to pick him up, I met two other clients who have been with Katy a long time and had rave reviews for her. In addition to looking great, my dog loved Katy. I immediately booked our next appointment with her.

Katy is AWESOME!! I called to schedule a nail trim for my dog and Katy fit me in that same day. She is very professional and very nice. My dogs nails have never looked better. I highly recommend Katy's Grooming.

I am very dissatisfied with the experience I had with Katy's Grooming at Balcones Animal Hospital. I texted them (following their recorded instructions) on May 15, 2022, to ask them whether they would trim my cat’s nails, and if so, what their price is. After six (6) days, they haven’t responded.

Katy did an amazing job trimming my VERY nervous pup's nails! She's super friendly and have very reasonable prices. I highly recommend her!
