Mod Mutt Salon

Just took my 3 pups to Mod Mutt! They were so well taken care of! They even had a photo shoot! They smell great and a week after they still haven’t shed that much as they brush them a lot of get rid of loose fur within the coat! My house is cleaner longer after their care! I took them mostly because I wanted their nails to be trimmed since I’m installing new floor and didn’t want them to scratch it. But they went above and beyond with the deshedding! So worthy! Thanks to Eliana and her team!

This was my first experience with Mod Mutt & I highly recommend this business! Sarah is incredible! My dog has terminal cancer, some behavior issues, and he had an infected ant bite. Sarah was incredibly sensitive and caring and did a wonderful job. It is my hope to be able to use her again in the future. You would be in very good hands with her. Thank you Sarah!!! I am very happy With the job you did and I loved the little bumblebee scarf he had on!!

We took our babies to get groomed at Mod Mutt based on a neighbor’s recommendation. We could not have been happier. We have found our Groomer for our Doodles

What a wonderful spot! The fantastic staff was so kind and helpful with my first visit with my newly adopted dog (a lil Yorkie mix), giving guidance and suggestions. I know it’s helpful that I have a super chill and friendly dog, but they took such great care of him and I had no worries leaving him for grooming. Parking was super easy as was going in and out with little gates to help corral incomers and outgoers (via a separate door). Looking forward to returning’

I take my dog here consistently, we don't go anywhere else. Sara is my dog's groomer and she always take excellent care of Ebony. Even have a self wash station to meet your immediate needs.

I could not rate my groomer Sara enough stars! She has such a calm energy and handles my dogs so well. She reassured me so much about taking my 8 year old dog in for his first ever grooming and did amazing with him! 10/10 every time. Thank you Sara!!!

I never leave reviews, especially negative ones but today review is well deserved. I have been using Mod Mutt for more than 10 years and was over the moon happy. Today I spoke with the new owner Raul and I have NEVER encountered a less caring individual in my life!!! He is dismissive, unapologetic and passively rude. I would like to say I am shocked but I can’t. I had my dog groomed in October and it was the worse experience EVER! Since the day of grooming o have made multiple attempts to contact the groomer and the owner but have only heard crickets. Today I he (Raul) actually answered the phone so I was able to FINALLY talk to someone. Our conversation solidifies my decision to NEVER use this grooming facility again and I will be further action against them. I am posting a photo of the groom my dog received at Mod Mutt which they think is acceptable. Raul’s remedy would have been for me to come back in so they could fix it. When asked how do you regrow hair? His answer is they would have cut the other ear. SERIOUSLY??? NO!!! It has been 10 months and the dogs ear has still not grown out completely. Raul says he will investigate and get back to me. But his repeated statement that it has been 10 months and he’s just now hearing from me tells the story how that "investigation" will go. When he saw the photos his response was "so?" . When asked if the result of the investigation would be "it’s been 10 months and the ear has probably grown out" his response was "yeah". My MULTIPLE attempts to contact the groomer and the owners over the months, which yes, included 3 trips to the facility, was simply to inform them of the situation and hopefully salvage a relationship with a groomer we had been loyal to for so many years. Instead, I encountered an owner that was callous, dismissive and obtuse. So sad and disappointed by what this wonderful facility has become. I understand now why the warm, friendly, caring and skilled groomers we were accustom to decided to move on. What a waste of $100 and a 25% tip.
