We took our 4-month-old puppy for his first groom, and they did a great job explaining what they could and could not do based on his comfort level. Since he was nervous, they avoided forcing a full body haircut and instead did a face/paw/hygiene trim, which we appreciated. They also charged us less accordingly. Puppy looked great afterward! One area for improvement: we never received the "ready for pickup" message and only got the follow-up afterward.
I specifically asked the groomer not to cut my Golden Retriever’s hair too short, and that request was ignored. Way too much hair was taken off, especially in areas that should have been left natural for the breed. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
Jessie has done an amazing job w my cats since day 1. I trust her with them, and that's a lot. I know she's also attached to them, and enjoys when they come in. It's always a great day when the kitties go see Jessie!
Is just one person in all store, low stock of products and after waiting a long time for help, don’t have the cat food that I need, urinary so for cats… really bad store. Cedar park store:( . I need to go to petco in Pflugerville…. So far Need to improve the stock options
Staff was super nice but almost $80 for just an elaborate bath and they didn’t even wash his face. Our dog came home and still smelt bad after a full sniff test it was VERY apparent his face hadn’t been washed at all. What a waste of money… we will not be back.
Our two shih tzus love all the groomers at the lakeline petco salon. All the staff takes such great care of our fur babies and always leaves them with a fresh groom.
Jessie was wonderful with my dogs. Both left clean & happy.
